They are closing lobby at 7 pm! No information about that anywhere. Why to mislead people so badly?

Nice employees, drinks are good. The music is usually very loud so I can’t work inside. I try to work outside but the homeless can be loud also.

Came here to write and the music was so loud. Not sure if it’s like this every day. Good for a party/fun vibe; not great for students/writers.

We drove to the Dewey Starbucks only to find out that they closed the lobby at 7 pm. Nothing in Google showed that this store closed the inside of the cafe early. Google shows 8 pm. I hate wasting time and gas, especially when they can easily put their lobby closing time in Google. We do this for our business. This is a great way to tick off regular Starbucks customers. Please don't make excuses as to why you didn't put your lobby closing hours on your Google page. Our next visit will be at Fast Cat coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I always receive top tier customer service everyday when I come in. The employees are all very fun and welcoming each and every time! This does not feel like a corporate coffee shop, it feels like a busy small town coffee shop. The employees are always working hard even for the rude jackasses who treat them like crap. They are still polite and I always will go out of my way to visit this store.

Even tho its dine in, one of the shift managers was bothered by that and she asked why I was there even tho I clearly had a Starbucks drink. Very odd and a little ininviting.

I don't even know where to start with this place. Horrible, horrible, horrible.. i would be absolutely humiliated if I was the district manager..

Only one star these guys don't give even a small cup of water to thirsty people. shame!

Always yapping bro and theyre taking to long, theres like only 2 people in the store and the workers just talking, taking too long fr. I didnt have time to grab my drink either.

If this place messes up your order - they are not polite about fixing it regardless of how polite you, being the customer, are about it. It's best to get your money and not have bad vibes permeating thru your corrected beverage, unless you like stuff like that.
