Sunflower Drive In is amazing, and their mushroom burger is next level. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and incredibly satisfying even if you’re not vegetarian, this one hits.
Fresh ingredients, fast service, and comfort food done right. One of those spots you keep coming back to because it never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I drive by often. The place is always busy except Mondays. The smells are enticing. So my father and his friend accompanied me for our first trip to Sunflower Drive-in. The food was delicious and I left full but not overloaded. Will go again. Finding parking was difficult.

I’ve been here a few times, and it’s always busy. Although the place is small, they have a good menu with plenty of options. The prices are on the higher side, as is common for places serving vegetarian food. Be prepared to wait a long time for your meal, and sometimes there’s no seating available. During the summer, with high temperatures, I’d recommend being ready for some sun exposure while you wait.
Gave it a 4, seems way too overhyped for me and did not exceed my expectations, but for what it is, its really good. Got the nut burger and mushroom mellit. Mushroom had more flavor than the nut burger. Maybe next time will try the patty melt and nut tacos. Overall still satisfied and still would recommend this place to anybody.
If anybody is ever in atlanta and love vegan food, try slutty vegan, their burgers in my opinion are still the best vegan burger Ive had so far. Sunflower came close.

What we ordered:
(Vegan) Patty melt - Came in sandwich bread instead of a bun. It would’ve tasted wayyy better with a burger patty.
(Vegan) Chili with cornbread - The cornbread was dry and no flavor. The chilli didn’t have a kick to it. Just bland chili. The cheese was cold on top, would’ve been a nice touch to have it melt a bit.
(Vegan) cookie - Thought it was a homemade cookie. Instead it’s a wrapped Sun Flour brand cookie.
(Vegetarian) Super Nut Burger - Pita wrapped, weird
Chips and Salsa - Salsa tasted like the jarred Tostitos salsa and the chips were mid.
All in all, the food is bland and weird meal options. Really wished I loved it since I’ve read great things.
The food has been consistently fantastic all the years I been coming here. Always worth any wait you might experience. The Super Nachos are my favorite.
