Not for the first time our order was completely wrong. When we checked the screen the order was correct. When we got it home it was not at all what was ordered. 5 chicken soft tacos that were ordered were 5 beef soft tacos. There was no nachos tacos supreme.When staff is earning $20.00 per hour they should be able to get the order correct.We have had several orders from this location that were not correct. This is our last visit to any Taco Bell.

I frequent two separate stores: Taco Bell on sunrise has drive-through that is noisy, traffic is nearby. Taco Bell on GREENBACK has a little bit of a weight, but is not noisy at the drive up.

I asked for the chulupa box , and they gave me the Nacho fry box , i asked for the crispy taco to be soft, it was still hard, and they ask me for the sauce for the tacos and then they didnt put any in there , they dont listen at all this place need new people or new management now ?
Make sure to ALWAYS check your order from this location. I feel like it's more often than not that I am missing something from my order. I use the app every time (for rewards) and a few times they never received my order. I have contacted Taco Bell headquarters but I have not heard back a few complaints from this location. After paying for food/items and never receiving the paid for items, it is frustrating that the paid staff within the store don't have quality checks and even more frustrating that the headquarters location is virtually unresponsive.

I forget the name of the Gentleman who helped me but he was younger (with reddish hair?) I got a late snack at the drive through around 9:30pm on 12/13/23. He had GREAT customer service. Super sweet guy. Thanks for being so kind, I know the food industry can be tough.Keep up the good work!
