This used to be a decent Taco Bell. As of late it takes 30 minutes to get your order going through the drive thru and the food is shameful. Will never be coming back here again. Wonder if the manager is perhaps stoned or passed out in the back room?? Because they don’t give a shit and neither should you. I never leave bad reviews but this is the worst service and wait time I have ever experienced. You’ll get more done going to the DMV.

I have never ever sent a review for any establishment before, but what the hell!!! I’ve been here a couple times with my gf through the drive through, usually 9pm or after. I don’t really care about the service, but how is the food so hard for them to make, I’ve literally worked at Taco Bell before. It’s not that hard. We get anything, tacos bowls burritos, and it’s always sad and stingy. They always forget the extra stuff that I add to the order and which I pay extra for. I never get the sauces I ask for, and we barely get any food as it is. For example, I ask for potato’s, I get like two dry nubs, two jalapeños, etc. they literally have a spoon to put this stuff in, I don’t understand if they are on drugs or something. It’s really not that hard, speaking from experience. Very frustrating, I have given this location so many chances, I’m over it and will NOT be coming back. Anyone that is reading this, go to a different Taco Bell, trust me. These dudes act like they aren’t making 20 an hour, crazy asf.

The drive thru was packed so i parked and went inside. .3 other families before me inside... NO One came to help...only 2 employees working on Saturday night..I finally figured out how to place an order.. almost left....waited 30 minutes ..the guy in front of me didnt get his until AFTER me...mine was ICE COLD...NEVER AGAIN..

I don’t eat here regularly a friend of mine dose and I ordered the $7 box for him and was given the $5 box at the window i tried to ask the lady what comes in the $7 box after she handed it to me I felt it was less then it should be! She continued to belike she can’t hear me than turned in! She is obviously new I drove off and brought my friend his food and yes she gave us the $5 box! Ur employees need to know their menu! Ur customer service was horrible and has no time to drive all the way back to get the correct order! Good was okay

I have eaten here many times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here I get the up most attitude! I am not usually a complainer when it comes to service because I’m shy BUT LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, the audacity of these workers attitude. For example when going up to order you have 2 options the tablet or going up the counter, (THIS PLACE WAS NOT BUSY!) me and my boyfriend ordered or super stale and cold lux box😒 and wanted sauce, WE WAITED 10 MINUTES CALLING THE WORKERS OVER AND OVER AGAIN JUST FOR SOME SAUCE! ( we were polite) BUT 10 MINUTES IS OUTRAGEOUS! Also the food here is no good, they don’t fill up the drinks all the way, the food is constantly stale. DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL! ( also the last straw was this Baja blast that I ordered in a large but they said I that this was the large but I’m not sure but STILL! IM DONE WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE LADY, SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AND SAID “That is large😒” as if it was the most difficult question.

We waited I kid you not about 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for someone to take our order all for them to tell us they’re out of BEEF. No sign, no heads up. Just “sorry no beef”. At that point we were already stuck in the line and had to wait another 20 minutes just to get out of the damn line. We didn’t even order anything! Absolute worst Taco Bell I have EVER BEEN TO.

These people are stupid. I come into drive through today around 2 pm. It takes about 25 minutes just to get through it and leave. I order a side of cheese sauce and they give me shredded cheese. When I tell them this is NOT what I ordered. The girl at the window tried to have me pay again for cheese sauce. Not happening I already did. Before that I am waiting around 10 minutes just to pay! I order two strawberry and cream freezes and one of them is basically liquid with the cream floating so I ask for a new one and she gets upset about that. They were sitting behind the window for a good 15 minutes before you gave them to me so yes please give me a new one. Continues to ask if I want a refund or anything for cheese sauce and I just left. I wanted the cheese sauce I paid for. Don’t waste your time coming here. Go to a better place to eat.

Every time we have ordered, the food is either wrong or cold, and I'm not sure what happened to the cinnamon twists, but the oil or something taste horrible. Like it's old oil or the twists are out of date!

1st off forced to use kiosk with 5 workers there. Then took them 20 min to make food. Also messed up 2x on order... worst experience ever dont go there on your lunch breaks
