It was a good experience. I would recommend going to this location. They want the customer to be happy with their order. I went to the drive thru and I ordered a side of rice. When I arrived at home I opened my bag and noticed that my side of rice was about a teaspoon in a container. I called the store and told a male on the phone that I paid $2.84 for the side of rice and that it was only about a teaspoon of it. He said sorry and took down my name. He assured me that I can come by and get a replacement. I said thank you but it was out of my way to get it.

This taco bell would aak for your order and when you try to respond they dont respond. This has happened multiple times. Do not go to this location they really are the worst and you will just waste your time.

I came to the store at 6:45 to 7:15 to pick up an order. For some reason either because I'm black or because the staff here does not like drivers, they made my order and threw it in the garbage and made me wait longer and when I confronted the employee about why she threw my order away she played stupid. For some reason the kids in here made me wait a half hour maybe more for an order to pick up to take to a customer only because I don't know everybody in here needs to be fired there's no management there is no customer service this place is hostile and I don't recommend minorities coming here

This Taco Bell is Slow even when it’s empty inside and no big line is drive thru. Meat portion side is a joke I never seen so little meat. Don’t go here.

I ordered through grubhub, seasoned ground beef tacos, they gave me steak. I called and was advised they ran out of seasoned beef. That's unacceptable. How does taco bell run out of the meat that 96% of their customers eat? How did anyone there think it was OK to just send whatever meat they had instead of contacting me??? By the way, the steak tacos are nasty.....

Horrible service. The drive thru says 24 hour. When we pulled up we were asked if we were going to be using the app we replied no and then it went silent. Nobody greeted us or anything. We called out a couple time seeing if anybody would answer. Nobody ever did. After wait 15 minutes we go inside to order and they went on to tell us they didn't even serve breakfast at that location. When we remember not even a month ago getting breakfast at that this specific location. They said they haven't been serving breakfast there since last October. I will definitely not be spending my money at any taco bell anytime soon.

If you want to do any type of delivery service will cost you $6 for less than a Mile to deliver you cold food
Totally missed adding sour cream to what I ordered. Can’t order like a normal person must use kiosk. tortillas taste stale like they heated them with water to revive them. Just mid all the way. Having a bad day and didn’t even wanna deal with it so I just ate it because I haven’t eaten all day.

This used to be a decent Taco Bell. As of late it takes 30 minutes to get your order going through the drive thru and the food is shameful. Will never be coming back here again. Wonder if the manager is perhaps stoned or passed out in the back room?? Because they don’t give a shit and neither should you. I never leave bad reviews but this is the worst service and wait time I have ever experienced. You’ll get more done going to the DMV.

I have never ever sent a review for any establishment before, but what the hell!!! I’ve been here a couple times with my gf through the drive through, usually 9pm or after. I don’t really care about the service, but how is the food so hard for them to make, I’ve literally worked at Taco Bell before. It’s not that hard. We get anything, tacos bowls burritos, and it’s always sad and stingy. They always forget the extra stuff that I add to the order and which I pay extra for. I never get the sauces I ask for, and we barely get any food as it is. For example, I ask for potato’s, I get like two dry nubs, two jalapeños, etc. they literally have a spoon to put this stuff in, I don’t understand if they are on drugs or something. It’s really not that hard, speaking from experience. Very frustrating, I have given this location so many chances, I’m over it and will NOT be coming back. Anyone that is reading this, go to a different Taco Bell, trust me. These dudes act like they aren’t making 20 an hour, crazy asf.

The drive thru was packed so i parked and went inside. .3 other families before me inside... NO One came to help...only 2 employees working on Saturday night..I finally figured out how to place an order.. almost left....waited 30 minutes ..the guy in front of me didnt get his until AFTER me...mine was ICE COLD...NEVER AGAIN..
