Great ham

One of the best things in life is the simple ham sandwich, so when my old pal Felter Upgood called and asked me for some help with his neighbor's Aardvark, Wally...I was all in! And, you know why...Because there's a Honey Baked Ham Store just a few blocks away!
And, getting back to that ham sandwich...No one does it better than The Honey Baked Ham Store!

I had an amazing lunch here today so good. There is seating on the inside and outside The sandwiches are just fantastic. The service was great everyone at the location was smiling and helpful. Thank you all so much for doing what you do to bring a little holiday into our lives no matter what it says on the calendar.

Don't even know where to begin. Had a craving for ham off season. Stopped by and got a smaller ham. Paid $60 for it. Grabbed a couple other items while there. Turkey breast, ham salad, etc. Doesn't even occur to me to check the food. I've been buying from the company (different location) for the last 10 years. Always consistent. While waiting, prior to the actual purchase, staff was just about as rude as can be without crossing any legal boundaries. Horrible attitudes and an obvious dissatisfaction with their choice in employment. Anyway, got home with my purchase and found the ham inedible. Burned. The glaze on the outside was black. Charred. The ham itself was overcooked and hard in the middle. Pictures are attached. And no, i hadnt even warmed it up yet. This was the initial opening of the package to take a portion out to make a sandwich with. Filled out the survey on the receipt, requested contact to address the issue, waited a week or more and nothing. I see 2025 won't include any ham for Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.

I had an amazing experience with Joe, Tiffany, and Monica! Their customer service is truly top-notch—they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. The food quality exceeded expectations. On top of that, the atmosphere they create is warm, inviting, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear they care deeply about their guests and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Solid Hamies

I purchase this for Christmas eve dinner. What are surprise I got when we unwrapped it to find no glaze but a dark brown almost burnt looking ham. Horrible. To late to do anything but serve it. We have purchase one for years. It will be my last one. I took pictures. It was not what I paid for. I want my money back. Shirlee

Picking-up our Christmas ham is a holiday highlight every year. Strange, I know. Honeybaked ham is a fantastic product and their organization and service is second to none. You select a window of time for pick-up, and the place is a well-oiled machine. Despite holiday crowds, I was in and out with my ham in less than 3 minutes. Hot tip ... prepay your order.

Amazing customer service

This was our first time going here. Upon entering the store, a female staff began yelling out their specials, etc and was very annoying and I could not understand her. Later, while we looked around the same female rudely just walked in front of us to place product out. She didn't say "pardon me" or anything. We will NOT go back because of her rudeness.

Disappointed with how sparse honeybaked ham was when I went to pick up my turkey and sides. I usually like to buy other shelf items, not this time. I am more disappointed with the turkey gravy. It looks more like other store gravies . This will be the last year I get gravy from honeybaked ham. First time trying the turkey. I know the ham is good .

I drove 45 min. One way to pick this up!!!! Dry and tasteless!!!
