The owners are so incredibly friendly and attentive. Food came out expeditiously. Wish they automatically included all of the dining room condiments with your takeout order; they ask you if you want tartar sauce and ketchup. But, there's no lemon or malt vinegar offered. Their fish is also fried incredibly soft. Some of the edges were crispy. Next time I'll ask them to fry it longer. Fish portion is also very small.
Top notch service. Food is piping hot and fresh. I ordered the seafood sampler ($17.99) to try a little bit of everything. Came with fried fish, oysters, shrimps, clam strips, and fries. Their house made tartar and cocktail sauce really hits the mark. Nice beer and craft soda selection. I'm glad I found this place and Tugboat now is in my weekly rotation!
First time there with a regular customer. What a suprise! Excellent batter, fresh oils, had fish, hush puppies and a few veggies as well. I would pretty much call it a tempura batter as it is beautifully cooked. Nice job, you have earned another customer! : )
