The service, although slow, makes you feel cared for in the intimate setting. If you come with the mindset to slow down and enjoy amazing Japanese food, you won’t be disappointed.

Walked into a cute little sushi spot today and fell in love with it! The nicest Japanese people took care of me. I often like to eat at home when not with my wife ,so I took home this amazing platter of food. Fish extremely fresh and super flavorful. Will be back and recommend to anyone in the area keep up the good work you guys!

I hesitate to even hype this place cuz I don’t want you bums to over crowd it but this is the most lovely little mom and pop business with really great food and a laid back atmosphere. Definitely call right at 5 to make reservations if it’s a Friday or Saturday as there’s only 7 or 8 tables. But yes you should absolutely give this place a try if you’re looking for good sushi without the EDM and sake bombing

If you’re looking for authentic sushi and sashimi, this is the place to go! Everything is fresh, delicious, and artfully prepared. The chef’s skill is incredible—he sliced the daikon, cucumber, and carrots so thinly, they looked like they were cut by a machine!
We ordered agedashi tofu, miso soup, a house salad, tuna sashimi appetizer, mixed sashimi, Spicy Tuna Roll, John’s Roll, and a Spider Roll. Every dish was fantastic!
The agedashi tofu was cooked perfectly—warm and soft inside with a crispy exterior. The miso soup was rich and flavorful, with a deep umami taste from the combination of saba, bonito, and fermented soybeans. The sashimi was incredibly fresh with no fishy aftertaste, and the rolls were delicious. The sushi rice held together perfectly, making it easy to enjoy each roll in one bite.
My favorites were the tuna sashimi and the Spider Roll. The crunchiness of the soft-shell crab was just perfect! The hot tea paired beautifully with the meal—good quality tea and great food make for a happy tummy.
I’m so glad I found this hidden gem and can’t wait to come back to try their katsu, teriyaki, and other non-sushi dishes!
