Dated interior. Bar crowd was so loud it was disturbing the singer we came to see. Getting drinks took forever and they were not good. Some seats were very uncomfortable.

While visiting Marin County on a Thursday, local bartenders recommended Mac’s in Fairfax. They’re open pretty late and have both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a stage where it looks like they have live music. We came later on closer to midnight and it looked like many locals go there to hang out for a drink. They have a full bar and many cocktail menus. There’s street parking and people can bring their dogs inside!

First time visiting Macs. Great venue for cocktails and shows. My wife and I went to see Perry sings Sinatra. By far he is the best Sinatra 'impersonator' that I've heard. I've seen others Las Vegas and S.F. and they don't come close. The ticket price was $20 which is a steal for a great show. Very small crowd, comfortable seating and great cocktails and staff. He's playing every second and forth Sunday. Go and treat yourself to a classy show. Nice friendly guy.
Whenever my wife and I are thinking of walking into Fairfax for a date night, Mac's is always our top choice. From the 90's cover band that we stayed until 1:30 AM signing along with, to a casual date night out to get a great cocktail. Mac's always ends up being our favorite go to. I photograph weddings at Deer Park Villa in Fairfax, and the after parties sometimes end up at Mac's. You can even rent out half the place for parties. The owners have done a great job making sure the place is the best in every area, and it shows. I look forward to visiting with friends and family for years to come.
