A great cafe in Fairfax. We called in for a late lunch before visiting the Bicycling Museum. Enjoyed a Reuben sandwich and California burger with iced tea and cappuccino - all excellent. Very friendly and attentive service.

Friendly service, excellent dinner menu and wine list… Chef Tony and his team did everything they could to give us an intimate dining experience. Food was hot and fresh, high quality ingredients, good vegetarian options… pappardelle was excellent! Try the Panna Cotta for dessert!

I’ve driven by this place countless times and finally went in to eat. Why did I wait so long?!?!?! Service was awesome, food was amazing, and portions were huge!!!! This will now be a regular stop when I’m in the area.

Stopped for breakfast as I was passing through town. Ordered a simple Sausage & Eggs and it was above average. Everything was quality, like the sausage, and cooked perfectly. Cost ($18) was more than some breakfast places, but worth it.

This is still my favorite spot to take out of town guests because the food is consistently delicious with large portions and nice presentation. The outside seating is nicely shaded and the indoor space feels hospitable. I have been going here for 20 years and I am happy to say the breakfast continues to be the best in Marin.

We ordered hamburgers and fries which were really good. When we got the bill, we were each charged an extra $1.95 for our fries which we remembered the menu said came with fries. When we questioned the charge, the waitress sent the owner over and he went on about how some places charge $12 for fries. We didn't want to make a scene so we paid it. Looking at the menu online, it definitely says "comes with fries". Weird! Something is amiss.

Quality without the pretentiousness. That's what I experienced here. A great spot to eat in Fairfax.

The Belgian Waffles were pretty good but they came with a side of fruit including halved strawberries that had fuzzy blue mold inside them. The server tried to convince me that the mold inside my strawberries were the seeds. A strawberry’s seeds are on the outside.I honestly wouldn’t have given a such a low rating on the moldy berries alone, but the fact the server attempted to lie to me and say that they were safe to eat is the dealbreaker for me. Never going back here.
