We got take out. The shrimp tandoori with marsala sauce had 9 small pale pink shrimp-nt sure where the tandoori was suppose to be. The sauce tasted like tomato soup. The lamb curry was bland. It cost $50-waste of money-I will not go back.

Cafe Lotus offers a wonderful dining experience with a delightful Indian touch to its cuisine. The food is packed with authentic flavors, and we were seated immediately without any wait time, which was a great start to the visit.
One of the most unique aspects of the cafe is its open kitchen. Watching the chefs expertly prepare dishes adds transparency and an interactive touch that enhances the overall experience.
However, there are a couple of drawbacks. While the dishes are undeniably tasty, the prices are on the higher side, which might not appeal to budget-conscious diners. Additionally, the portion size of the curry was smaller than expected, leaving us wishing for a bit more value for the cost.

Dietary restrictions: I have celiacs and they have absolutely delicious gluten free naan! Indian food is usually very GF friendly but I haven’t been able to find naan in a long time. Happy to eat here and well labelled menu.

Wow $37.78 for chicken tikka, rice and samosas. Feeling a bit ripped off. At least it was made well. Guess it is time to get The Indian Cooking Course Cookbook! But if you can afford it the chicken tikka is great.

Reliably delicious curries and naan. My current go to is saag paneer and mushroom masala with garlic naan. Spicy. Amazing!

Nice local Indian restaurant. But of a cafe-like feel but really good food. Onion pakoras were nicely cooked and not oily. Excellent sauces with the lamb tikka masala and chicken coconut curry. Naan was nice and crispy on the outside. Tandoori prawns were a bit overcooked. Service was very friendly and fast. Great place for a quick meal if you are in the mood for Indian.

Food doesn’t have any taste, we ordered saag paneer which was stale dalmakhni which does not have even salt, over prized food, samosa was tasteless. I just wasted 100 bucks on pathetic food, please check before spending your hard earn money.
