I went in to get a Game Day,and i was unfortunately disappointed. The original Perry's sandwich was bigger, tasted better and overall way more enjoyable. Now it feels like I'm sitting in a classroom eating a dry sandwich. I was hoping with the ownership change, all of the menu items we had before would be cherished and preserved. Their biggest issue is their portion sizes and their overall quality of food. Please fix this ASAP.

Decent hot pastrami sandwich. Nice clean interior (cleaner than many of the customers!) Gives me confidence to come back to try their burger next time.

The first time I came here I was very disappointed in the serving size, I tested their loyalty towards their customers by seeing if they actually add more meat when you pay extra for it. I have ordered normally and with double meat multiple times and been very disappointed all times, if I ASK for double meat, and PAY for double meat, then I WANT double meat

All you old Perry’s fans are a bunch of whiny blowhards, the sandwiches here are delicious. The spicy chicken ranch is much, much better than the old Perry’s one.

food: had the hot pastrami, it was spot on. simple, solid ratio of meat to cheese to bread.ambiance & staff: clean, friendly, promptmisc: price is on point, reasonably priced for a reasonable portion.what to improve: needs wifi and to be open past 5 pm. even 6 would mean you could grab a sandwich for dinner after picking kids up from school.

Gigantic and delicious sandwiches. Friendly albeit somewhat slow service. Usually when we order at a Bay Area deli, they get the order wrong (usually they give us mayo when we ask them to leave it off). Miraculously they got our order totally correct.

Where are the pickles?I checked the menu and there is no mention of them anywhere.I got the surfer special, took three bites, and tossed it. Old surfer special was so much better.
All I see in the low rated reviews is old Perry’s fans whining and complaining about change. Just got a Club and a Surfer and both were tasty and well priced. Give this place a shot for a straight forward, well executed sando. Super clean joint with good service and fast turnaround.

My second time getting a sandwich. First time a a few weeks ago was OK. This time it was awful. It was swimming in Mayo and mustard. Dripping. Ham and cheese squished out along with the other fixings when you took a bite because there was so much mayo and mustard. Dripped all over my hands and table. Unwrapping the sandwich was disgusting as the wrapping paper was wet with condiments. I had to scrape as much off the bread as I could and it was still an overwhelming mess to eat. I started to feel nauseous and tossed the rest. What the hell was the guy thinking when he made the sandwich!

Sorry to see Perry's gone but very pleasantly surprised with the sandwich I ordered (chicken). I've been there four times in the last two weeks and each time I'm quite pleased with the product and the service. I do agree with another post that the interior is quite bright but that doesn't bother me as long as it's kept clean. This is not a spot for a romantic evening out in a warm cozy ambiance...really good chicken sandwiches!I believe it is owned and operated by the owners of the Indian restaurant next door (Lotus) of which I also have been a customer since it opened and also recommended.
