Stopped in and grabbed a turkey Pesto sandwich with a peanut butter cup mocha quad. Delicious food and good coffee.

Great atmosphere with a bold aroma of fresh ground coffee. However, less enthused about the the employee at the register.... who was rude and harsh spoken. Not the kind of person you want to start your day with. Hope he has a better day tomorrow and comes in a little nicer to the world.

It’s a coffee shop and simple, no frills. Location is great to pop in while visiting Fairfax. Coffee is good, not fancy. Good seating for a quick pastry or reading with

Today I was told in an extremely aggressive, hostile manner to leave the Coffee Roastery outside seating simply because a homeless person (who I never met before) tried to make small talk with me and asked to pet my dog. The homeless woman was sitting outside the roastery at the table next to mine. The owner Deborah told me to leave and never come back. She also told my friend Sean that she’s fed up with the number of homeless in her cafe and people like me who indulge the homeless in small talk. The owner Deborah then called the Fairfax police to ensure they told me to never return to their cafe. Rest assured after tipping the barrister $100 today, I will never return. However I will indeed start a lawsuit against the Coffee roastery because homeless people are a protected class. I’m a landlord and I’m NOT allowed to discriminate against gay people or minorities or people with children etc. That’s against the law in America and Deborah will eventually learn that too.

Very disappointed to see the owners turn their coffee shop into a hub of political vitriol and misinformation. Bring civility guys, not divisiveness. It’s not great coffee anyway, and either way, I’ll never come back and I know you’ve lost many customers in town. Sad, truly.

Bad coffee, worse politics.
Stopped by when visiting from New Jersey. Cute place right on the corner, you can't miss is and can feel the positive vibes from the street. Tons of baked goods with a huge selection of coffees to try. Everything was great!

FYI the reviews for this business (((are not accurate)))) there's about 4 to 5 people who have one star on here and it only shows one negative review when there's a few of them!!!
Interesting place but it was a big let down I got a large tea in the last time I got a large tea I got two tea bags there's one last time they wanted to charge me an extra dollar for the tea bag after I've already tipped them to dollars so I ended up paying six letters for a large tea without even counting the tip and they still treat you like you're not worthy of even getting their stuff there like they're doing you a favor I don't really like places like this who take your money and don't appreciate it.
Coffee shop hours not accurately posted 0 out of 5 would not recommend
Called ahead for an order on Thursday morning thinking they’d be busy. I wrote my order down and read the order over the phone. I told the guy taking the order that I would be there in thirty minutes. He said it would be cold when I got there. Why not make it just before I arrive?
It wasn’t ready when I got there. They made the coffee drinks while I paid.
I made a mistake by not checking the order before I left.
They forgot one bagel and made a latte instead of a chai latte.
The whole order for four people was $70 and was not even complete.
Super frustrated by the experience.
