So I ordered this place for delivery today on GrubHub and my order was completely incorrect and not tasty at all. I ordered bulgogi, beef Galbi, and Galbi fried chicken, and I did not receive the beef Galbi. My girlfriend ordered the Mandu, beef Galbi, and tteokbeoki, and she ONLY received the Mandu, and got bulgogi instead of the beef Galbi. When we did get our food it also just wasn't hot, wasn't tasty, and just overall wasn't good. Maybe this place is better in person but honestly I would've preferred eating Panda Express over this. It just wasn't good at all and the main items we were excited about (Galbi and tteokbeoki) were not even delivered. Take this review as a warning in ordering delivery from here, I cannot speak on whether it is good at the actual location or not.

first when they opened up it was great good service good food friendly service. now the service is friendly but the quality has gone down hill. I order a half rice half japche plus I get the spicy pork and the bokbogi and a free side of kimchee well I asked to keep the kimchee on the side and they charged me five dollars for something that's included with the meal deal. they say they charged me for the container but still 5 bucks is way too much for just a container.next it's a Korean restaurant where is the chopsticks? the owner got rid of the chopsticks cause they cost too much.. wow how expensive can they be..my last complaint is that I waited for some spicy pork they ran out. she told me to wait 20 min I told them ok I go shopping and I'll be back. 30min pass I figure it should be ready by now... nope.. the guy in the back just standing there like in a trancewith his back to us.. 30 min still no spicy pork then 45min it shouldn't take this long for this dish. then 10 more min and he finnaly comes out. it's not even the spicy pork he makes spicy chicken I'm so Madd now ? still no spicy pork!! I went to panda express instead.. about an hr for spicy pork plus they charge extra for kimchee if in a separate container and no chop Stix this needs to me fixed if you want more customers it's ridiculous. good food bad service and they care for no reason.. fix this and your good..here is an idea instead of charging 5 bucks for a container get a box of sandwich bags and put the kimchee in thereto pass to the customers.. they don't cost much and your customers will be happier..

I've ordered the beef Short ribs and spicy chicken twice through door dash. It cost extra. The first time I was given shredded beef. The 2nd time I put in the special instructions to give me the right item. It just showed up, literally 1 bone. Looks like they gave me half a short rib that I paid extra for. And the chicken is luke warm and hard like it's been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Good luck calling them their phone is always off. I will not order from here again unless management turns this around. A free plate would be appreciated too. If you're a short rib eater you'd understand the disappointment. $30 for a small piece of beef and all day old chicken. The best part is the clear noodles. Sad

Everyone reviewer here must be in the sunken place to think this food is anywhere near good. It makes Panda Express seem gourmet. And it's not even cheap, it's $12 for a 2 item plate! Even for pathetic solano county standards this place is BAD bad. There's no reason for it to be 4.5 stars on here. I'm shocked. No wonder everyone else in the bay clowns Solano County.

So delicious! And the guy working the counter today was the epitome of great service ! I got the mix of japchae and white rice and the japchae is SO YUMMY. Flavorful and tender and sooo good. I got the spicy fried chicken which was more sweet and tangy than spicy but super delicious. I also got the mandoo (beef/veggie dumplings) and beef galbi which I was hesitant on the galbi but it was so flavorful and nice and tender. Just the right amount of fatty. I almost got the bulgogi but so glad I went this route today. Maybe I'll try that next time but this was so good the choice will be hard!

Pretty good stuff here for mall food court fare. Noodles+ really good, had lots of flavor Fried chicken+ nice and crunchy, great flavor Fried tofu+ crispy and I liked the sauce on it Bulgogi- too much fat, flavor wasn't like other Korean restaurants I've been to Spicy chicken- a bit dry, not as much flavor/spicy as I would have liked Potato salad- no flavor

Early this morning worker named chito called me the n word with the hard er. huffing and puffing as i was ordering. Very unprofessional and also there was roaches crawling around. Gave me the food for free because i saw the roach. I didnt even eat the food. Very disappointed. This place needs to be shut down.
