The food was good, cant say much about the service. Our waiter didnt seem like he wanted to wait on us at all. I also mentioned it was my kid’s birthday and he said “ ok ill see what i can do” and at the end nothing, totally forgot about it, i didnt feel like making a deal and telling him again but my kiddo was sad.

Also when the waiter first came to take our order, he stopped and said give me a minute and went and served another table drinks before taking our order.

I miss the old waiters, seems like they have new ones that dont see to be happy or wanting to serve people anymore . Such a shame

I came in behind a big party but made it known the lady at the front greeting everyone passed me by took to people who had ordered online even though I was standing for 15 minutes by time I started to walk away the waitress came out and asked how she could help me. I get it was busy but if I am waiting in line and you allow two other guests come and pick up orders and just ignore me I won’t ever come back.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and I guess the cook was in too much of a hurry to take the plastic wrap off of my slice of American cheese he grilled. My burger was brought to me with the grilled plastic wrapped cheese slice on my plate. My server was pissed and I watched him chew out the staff. His manager, seemed less bothered and I even after I said I wasn't going to eat anything else, they still remade my burger and charged me full price. This was the single worst experience my wife and I have ever had here.

Next time I come in and Delia is working the bar I’ll save myself the frustration and just walk back out.. it’s usually great food and service but this is twice I’ve had her service my friend and myself and she does a really good job at making you feel like she hates her job.. she won’t check on how your doing and if you need something good luck getting her attention from her coworkers at the back of the bar.. then she’ll let your food sit in the back getting cold until somebody brings it to her from the back.. over the top bad service! The manager was super sweet and apologetic for the service tho..

I was just in today, waited for one hour and thirty minutes and only got half of what I order. Others tables got their food for free because of the wait time and when I told the manager about my food he ignored me and I had to pay for the whole meal because I wasn’t getting help or any type of service from the staff. Horrible experience

service & quality is noticeably fallen off over few yrs coming here for happy hour. Last time i went bar sink was clogged, male bathroom was broke, bartender was running around lost..tapped out on several main beer selections...better management or better employees or both. C'mon, its wholesome family restaurant & bar but its feeling more like hole-in-mall waffle house.

I'd like to know why the communication sucks so bad the past few times I've been here. If it's delayed y not communicate that when I get here I shouldn't have to ask after waiting 7 mins. Especially if it shows online that it's ready. I asked what was going on with the order after waiting and no update to b told online is wrong....so u guys are lying to customers about orders being ready? Customer service has been going down hill at this location for months. Y should I have to wait 5 mins to b even addressed. Not that hard to say I'll b right with u I need to seat these 2 guests first. So actually that means I had already waited 15 mins and am still waiting for my food after the online said it was ready. Do better. Communicate apologize things happen but to be just left waiting and not communicated with til I ask makes zero sense. If it's not ready when I get here come back and say it's not ready so sorry it will take x amount of time. After getting home with my food just wow the portion size has gotten way smaller. The vallejo location still has great customer service I will no longer be coming back here. Shame on you guys for poor service and bad food

Our server Dennis was extremely polite and attentive. He made sure we were happy with our order. Dennis checked in on us frequently. Most importantly he was positive and smiling our entire experience. Amazing service! Thank you Dennis!
