We visited Arbys twice in the past several days. Once on Wednesday and once on Saturday. Both times food was great, service was fast and friendly, and the restrooms are clean. This is our stop every time we go to and from Reno.

First time here and first impressions where very strong, the brisket sandwich was juicy and the buffalo chicken sandwich made me cry with joy. Absolutely coming back especially for those curly fries and my god the staff were really nice, we must protect our latinas.

I placed my order about 5 minutes before arriving there and food was ready by the time I got to the drive-thru window. I like that they offer drive-thru pickup so I did not have to go inside the restaurant.

As with most franchises like this, come as you are atmosphere. Fast and friendly service every time. Areas are always clean when I come in.
I ordered Classic Beef &Cheddar. Asked her if they were still 2 for $8.00. She said yes. I said I'll take 2 orders. When I got home no Cheddar or sauce on them. Just a dry sandwich. Called the store and no satisfaction. Can't get an order right. I live 30 minutes not like I can go back and get the right sandwiches. Total lack of service or they just didn't care.
