I was at this restaurant about 2 weeks ago, and I can't remember ever being more disappointed with the attitude of the server in the Drive-Thru. My order was messed up, I had to drive around again, and then a huge argument ensued. This woman should not be meeting the public because she has no tact and no talent to make the customer happy. Even after driving through the drive-thru twice, my order was still wrong. Another guy who worked there tried to be nice and apologize for the older woman who was helping us. But there's no fixing really really bad. I left unhappy with the food and how I had been treated. There's lots of other choices at this exit, and you don't have to do Arby's, and I advise against it in this one location.

I don't see how it pays overhead costs with how empty it is but it's clean. Food came out kinda dry since there's not too many customers and they probably only pull out prep food once a day.
Vegetarian options: Honestly didn't look.
Parking: Plenty of parking not too many customers.

1st time eating food from here. Had no idea what "horsey sauce" was & how well it paired with the chicken sandwich lol. Not as bad as I thought it be.

Parking: Getting out of the parking lot is a bit tricky, just be careful if you turn left towards the drive through that you go around it. It's very narrow.

I only go here when I am going that way on the freeway because I live kind of far away. I like their food and their prices are fair.
