This place is a must go. Loaded brisket fries go crazy. Chicken was good. Had Mac, greens, yams, and garlic mash. All had good flavor as well. An actual good replacement for what a home cooked meal taste like. People seemed nice. Will definitely be back.
The food was rich, flavorful, and it hit a spot like no other. Even if not from the area, it's worth the drive. 100% would recommend. The portions are made for those with big eyes and every bite is a wonderful treat. The waitress was sweet and helpful and made the experience that much better.
Everything is good, hot, fresh, best drywall chicken in the planet, but they need to change their cornbread dressing recipe, take the sugar out of the cornbread, add some onion and celery and sage, pepper and chicken. stock. We always eat in, but preferred DOORDASH, they sent old hard cornbread with our order, we didn't appreciate that, it's always been soft and fresh.
