This place was excitingly amazing! I loved seeing all those people behind there making me pretzel’s! Definitely would get with some of the gal’s, even the males weren’t too bad looking for my taste ??♂️I loved the food they made for me and my husband. I really think everyone of these bad reviews do too much!!! They should really get going on the treadmill ?????️?️?️?????

My experience at this place really good, customer service was amazing and i would definitely come back here again. Could tell the food is fresh and could tell the workers work really hard to produce lots and lots of food and definitely doesn’t deserve the bad reviews they get. Overall this place is amazing and I would recommend to go here!!

Employees are rude and lazy. I asked if they had any vegan options for my kid (who was very excited to get a pretzel), was told they don’t know. I did a quick google search, which confirmed that most options are vegan friendly, if you order without butter. I asked and was told no, everything has butter. The woman offered nothing further, just no, despite the web saying they are fine if ordered fresh, with no butter. She clearly didn’t want to work, on the very slow Monday, when there were no customers. I would avoid this place and go somewhere who values your business.

My pretzel was harder than a rock. No pretzel should be this hard unless it was left overnight. I could not even take more than one bite.
People are so rude there the food was burnt never again the lemonade was good just overpriced
