The last order was so bad (they shorted us on quantity for some items and overcharged us on other items, then refused to make it right) we had to take them to court.AVP is extremely unprofessional. The only contact we dealt with there, Carina D'Souza, claims to not even be an employee so there is no accountability when things go wrong (which they always do.)
