Lol have never in my life ever been to a sit down restaurant that required you to pay and tip before the food comes. Guessing they've had ppl skip out on meals far too many times. But the seasoning was bland, cold, and the 2nd pound at half off if you spend X number of dollars, shrimp was rotten (chalky) didn't even eat it. Staff appeared they didn't care much since you already paid and tipped. Bag O Crab is my favorite BUT NOT this location. It's just weird lol

I spent 100$ there yesterday when they opened and I got the c4 and honestly feel like they gave me c1 to be honest it looked small size for being 88$ plus whatever they taxed me besides buying a soda. Very dissatisfied definitely didn’t get my moneys worth

Been coming here since it open and the seasoning seems to always change. The service sucks! They never come to your table they drop off the food and jump on their phones. There was four other tables that not one of those kids went back and asked if they needed anything. They expect a tip at almost 20% for 0% of attending to you!

Food is terrible! You pay before you eat be aware of that part! It’s difficult to tip because why would you tip before knowing your quality of service? We ordered garlic noodles which were dry. Calamari basket which had fake large calamari that almost made me choke. And the service is more like a fast food experience. The waitress never comes back to the table. You are not greeted coming in or leaving. The employees don’t even smile or have welcoming demeanor Never will return!

The restaurant was about 20 minutes from our Airbnb, and decided to try it for dinner. The food and service were okay. We had a party of 6, with 5 eating (the other is vegan), and 18% gratuity is automatically added. Before we were seated, she did explain that to us. What was unexpected was that you paid for the food before the order was prepared, even for dine-in. The server was friendly and attentive while we were deciding on what to order. After the food was brought out, she checked on us once. The bags were hot and brought out quickly. The texture of the sauce was unexpected and thicker than I was accustomed but was flavorful.

Too expensive, cheaper and better if you make your own.
1 lb of shrimp with heads off or 3/4 of lb with heads off.
That's a scam. Without heads you get charged more, so if you order with heads it's "cheaper" price but same amount of food. Either way you still just getting 3/4 of pound maybeless Nobody eats the head of the shrimps,

My wife loves seafood boils, so while we were in town for a few days, we decided to give this place a try. I wasn’t thrilled about having to order and pay upfront; it made me concerned about the service quality. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated. Once we paid, the staff didn’t come back to check if we needed refills or extra napkins. While I don’t mind asking for water refills, it became frustrating after the third time when it was clear that service was over after payment.On the positive side, my wife enjoyed her food, which made me happy. However, we encountered an issue with the advertised promotion. The sign outside promised 1lb of crawfish or shrimp free with a purchase of $60 or more, but we were only offered 1lb of mussels and had to order the crawfish separately.Overall, the experience was decent. Given the limited local options for seafood boils, I’d say it’s worth a try if you’re in the mood for it. It’s not the best, but it’s not the worst either.

The food was good, this place was so cool, they have a robot that comes to your table to serve you and it sing happy birthday to you! Service was friendly this is our new favorite spot for crab,lobster,and shrimp boil. ?? ?
