The customer service was good but the food was horrible, like if I wanted to drink a bottle of oil filled with garlic I could have done that at home! ***Be prepared to pay the bill immediately after you order, if you are dining in.The food came out fast enough, but was very obviously thrown into the bag with no further thought.... The roux was extremely hot and overcooked my shrimp before it was cool enough to eat; it also didn't incorporate well, so the seafood had no flavor, although my friends did enjoy their mussels. All 4 of us agreed that the meal was bland, overall, and that we'd have to take our leftovers home and fix them up.As for the service, it was below average. Our server forgot to bring us seasoning when we requested it, so we had to ask twice. His energy was not great, in general. I've been a server and know how rough it can be, but good service is good service, whether you're smiling or not.Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend, and don't plan to come back. I have also heard that the Vallejo location is not good, so - proceed with caution.

I tried to order some Potatoes and corn in Cajon butter sauce and was told I couldn't because they didn't sell the sauce separately. So apparently if you don't buy any seafood you can't order anything in the sauce. Well I'm vegetarian and don't eat meat but like to dip my vegetable in sauce. But you can order the sauce Separately for $5 if you purchase seafood So there is a price for the sauce you just can't ordered It without seafood purchase. But at other stores I can order it like this. It's just this store that's excluded. Smdh scammers

I have been to this place 3 times in the last 6 months, and I live in Sacramento. My sister always eats here and knows the staff by name. She makes sure to get us to stop by with her family when we are in the area. The food is really good here. I love that they serve you food that is really hot and fresh. The bagged crab/shrimp with garlic, seasonings and sausage/corn/potatoes is super good. The lemon pepper chicken was crispy and flavorful. The fried shrimp is tasty, fried fish as well. We like lots of things on the menu here. We always leave super full, and happy. The staff is very polite and friendly. The music and atmosphere is nice. Will return frequently.
This shrimp and crab spot is a garlic fries paradise! Hot take! Forget the SF Giants stadium - these fries are unbeatable. Crispy, flavorful, and loaded with garlic goodness. And their seafood? Fresh and delicious. Service is fantastic. Five stars for sure!

Should be called Bag o Grease/oili been coming here since they opened and its getting worse n worse !! The bags are full of oil now its disgusting !!!i had to drain it outta the bag and almost filled a tray with oil. also i used the bathroom and noticed an employee in there that used it and didnt wash his hands and went back to the kitchen. i wont go back yuck.

I've frequented this location several times, but usually for pick up. I can say that pick up orders have always been prepared accurately and ready on time. I really like that they text you when your order is ready as well rather than having to go in and check. If you're getting one of the sea food bags, they double bag them so the greasy sauce doesn't get on everything.My group of 4 decided to dine in last night. They only had a couple other tables filled, so we were seated right away. The waitress was really nice but after we ordered she told us it's their policy to make all customers prepay. We asked when they started this policy and she said because of Covid but not sure how that even relates. I have never prepaid for a pick up order, so why do customers dining in have to prepay? We weren't mad at the waitress.. she's doing her job and she doesn't make the rules, but it was a bit annoying. I prefer not to tip in advance as I do believe tips should be earned, however, she more than earned her tip. Everything we asked for, we got right away and she didn't nickle and dime us for extra ranch or lemons. She was on it with the water refills too which is always a major plus! FOOD: Get the lemon pepper wings and garlic fries and then thank me later! These might be my fav thing on the menu - if we're not talking seafood. The wings are battered but it's a thin crunchy batter that is seasoned to perfection. My pet peeve is when lemon pepper wings aren't lemony but these do the name justice. For some extra zest, squeeze a little more lemon on the wings then dip them in ranch. Garlic fries will get your breath hot and garlicky but it's so worth it. Their fries come out HOT and they top this with hellaaa garlic. They only give one cup of ketchup when they should really give 2 but that's okay. You can customize your bag or do one of their combos for more bang for your buck if you want more than one type of seafood. I only get the shrimp here in Atomic Sauce so can't speak for any other flavor. ,I've had the range of spice levels from Medium, Dynamite and On Fire, and I'd probably stick with Dynamite. Medium isn't spicy enough, but On Fire is a little spicier than I'd like for my meal. The heat sneaks up on you, especially since the shrimp comes out super hot. I felt like there was a little bitterness to the On Fire sauce as well that I never taste with the other two spice levels, so not sure if that's the usual because of the added spiciness or what. I love love love to squeeze lemons into my sauce bag because the acidity cuts through all that butter! I really wish they gave big bowls to pour your boil out into like other places, but it's workable. Seafood is sold by pound only. They do not do half pounds, (we asked!). They have a list of add ons for your bag like potatoes, sausage, and boiled egg. Side Note- This location only gives plastic to go bags. Other locations I've visited have given reusable tote bags that are super cute and handy to reuse. Also, they do not automatically include condiments (ketchup, ranch) if you order to go so make sure you ask. They do provide gloves, bibs, and hand wipes to keep things clean if you're dining in.
