Ice cream was melting already in the ice cream bins, I asked for strawberries with my ice cream the guy didn’t even chopped and mixed the strawberries they were whole. Lazy service and I’m guessing the freezer was not working cause the ice cream was melting before being scooped.

Just walked in and walked right back out. One thing I don't do is disrespect by kids or young adults. They need to learn customer service etiquette. I understand some children are naturally goofy but your work place is not the time or place. When I asked a direct question about what the issue was; I didn't get a response. This is not the first time I've observed this behavior however this evening it was blatant. This took place at 8:45p, a goofy young female was working and young male. Also, it's not okay to be impolite, they don't have to acknowledge what they were doing it was implied. Finally, you never know who knows who and the connection to the store. So be mindful of how you treat customers.

Perfect custom cake for a special day! I placed an order ahead of time for an Easter/Birthday ice cream cake for my mom's 50th, and everything went super smoothly.
I scheduled pickup for 11:15 AM, and when I arrived, the cake was ready right on time. It looked amazing--exactly what I was hoping for--and it tasted great too!
Really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend if you're planning a celebration and want something both fun and delicious!

I'm making it a personal mission of mine to call out shady and ripoff businesses in 2025. This is one of them. Similar to Subway owners, very SKIMPY. RIPOFF ALERT - Paying $7.99 for 2 scoops of ice cream and the lady barely scoops any ice cream out. She gives you the amount of 1 scoop and calls it 2 scoops. I called her out on it, and will NEVER return to this business. Yeah it's only a few dollars we are talking about but what's right is right. DON'T RIP ME OFF. GIVE ME WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!!

On Sunday 3:00 pm January 05 There is lady working here she don’t care about customers she on phone almost 30 mints and she stills on phone when I asked for service she is treating me like am not paying anything I been here a lot of time but she is the only one owner should take care of it

I went to your location 2 times in the evening and by 8:45 pm they would not serve me a banana nor would tgey maje a sundae said they got the stations already cleaned up. I told him the store doesn't close till 10pm why you not taking care of your customer he didn't answer. I will find me a new place to have ice cream I will never go back here. There were other customers wanted sundaes and they would not serve them either. Not good business

Found my favorite Chocolate Peanut butter in quart size. Ordered wild and reckless in a cup, delicious. And most people's favorite miny chip scoop. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Not too busy when I arrived.
