First time going here, honestly not the best experience service wise. Seemed to be three girls working and one guy. This girl named Leila (i assume based on conversation) wasn’t the best service provider. I had a bad experience with her and i felt as though i wasn’t treated properly. Won’t come here again until you guys get some proper workers who will treat the customers with respect. Boba was good.

it was my second time coming here and i didn’t have problem the first time but when i came again the cashier was excessively rude for no reason. She was showing unreasonable attitude, constantly rolling eyes at me. I got her name which was Jazelle. I am unlikely to come here again due to the poor customer service bc I can find it better somewhere else. Please talk to your employees about respectfulness and patience. Thank you.

crème brûlée brown sugar drink was delicious. honestly the best i've ever had, it had the top perfectly done like a true crème brûlée a 10/10. cheese dogs were great and tornado potato tasty!

It was so tasty!! Exactly what I was hoping for! The customer service was amazing. The ambiance was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Definitely would recommend if you want some good tasting boba!!

Where to begin. Ok 1st off restroom is disgusting and they just opened 15 minutes ago. Food, well they advertise items they no longer even have.. Atmosphere, kids screaming, small dining area not exactly clean either.HUGE

02/24/24- This place has been one of my favorites when it comes to variety of boba drinks. You can order online, on their tablet or the cashier inside. I highly recommend coffee cloud which comes with coffee jelly and I always add x2 of boba. Each additional boba add-ons is 75cents. Also ordered chocolate puff, strawrberry banana, brown sugar boba and creme brulee coconut dessert. Chicken original is just okay, need more cooking time for chicken, I would say. Service is good, plenty of seating inside. I hope they fix their door as it is so heavy when opening. Looks like it needs a fix. The interior is clean and the drinks were yummy! I have two BigBang locations where I go to. Concord or Fairfield, wherever I am near the area! It will be busier during summer season and that is for sure! Be aware of the surroundings here as there's homeless sometimes around the area! There's also a Wells Fargo atm beside the door outside. Great tasting drinks and customizations are easy and well understable ordering.

I've been wanting to try this place since I stumbled upon it while at the ATM! Well....I finally had the chance to try this place out and here is my honest review!! We looked over the menu prior to entering this establishment so we had an idea of what we wanted before we arrived. Once we arrived, after taking another look at the menu I decided to go with the Brown Sugar Drink and the other is just a Milk Tea with Lychee. We ordered our drinks on the kiosk but you can certainly ring the bell and the person working will assist you with your order and any other questions you may have. Great drinks, we're anticipating going back really soon!

We got the mango dreamer blended drink with strawberry popping boba (no cheese), and the brown sugar Pearl with less ice. Regular sweetness for both. The drinks were absolutely fantastic. Best part about the brown sugar Pearl was that the pearls were warm. It was a nice contrast with the cold drink. Super yummy. Service was nice. Not the usual bland service I would get at other boba places. Would definitely visit again.

If you like Boba, doesn't matter, you're going to love this place! A unique and fun Chicken and Boba shop! Everything here is delicious, especially the fried chicken and caramel crème brûlée drink! It's addictive, with or without boba!! We have had the wings, potato croquettes, & popcorn chicken. Cooked perfectly and very tasty! They have a self service kiosk to order from or you can order at the counter. Everything is hot, fresh, and made to order. We tried the ice cream sandwiches last time, and they were as tasty as they were cute!
