Thursday, March 7, I decided to head to, " Pioneer Taproom," to have a beer and decided to try out the, " Biscuits BBG," which is located at the same location as the Taproom. I met Ian, whom only is there on Thursdays, and Nolan, whom is the Chef. I ordered several items 1. Baby Back Ribs - 1/2 Rack 2. Cherrywood Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich 3. Mac N Cheese 4. Banana Pudding Waiting time for all above maybe 15 min, but enjoyed a beer while waiting. The only minor confusion was my order was, " To Go," delivered to me to eat there, but Ian, apologized and packed it up to GO. ALL food really good portions, all was VERY deliciously! The Pulled Pork was soooo tasty ! Ribs - very good ! The location of this business is at, " Pioneer Taproom," which is in a beautiful location, stop in and check them both out. i ordered the pulled pork sandwich and a side of mac and cheese. $17 and $8 which comes out to $25 plus tax or whatever. i think i heard her say my total was $27. i gave her two $20 bills which is $40 and she gave me back $3. I SHOULDVE RECEIVED MORE MONEY BACK. they have no real register and keep their money in a locked box. i would suggest if you come here count your money believe you leave and bring your own drinks. all they serve is water wine and beer.

Amazing food all across the board. Ribs are well smoked, great peppery bark and meaty!! Get the banana pudding, just do it.

This place is a must dine! Every sando, the ribs...all of it is a hit. So many different flavor combos and the changing menu keep you coming back for more.

Let's be honest and please forgive me for being so harsh but I can not hold back.. You really need to explore what good BBQ really is. These meals were mediocre at best Ordered short rib tacos 1-10? Where's the beef? Just sloppy runny filling... really! this scores Maybe a 1 The Brisket sando, doesn't even taste like a Brisket OMG.. you guys should just stick to serving beer Spent a whole lot of money for a 4 meals and feel totally taken advantage of. And 5 waters for $10? Why???

I almost don't want anyone to know about this spot. IT'S A GEM. Amazing BBQ & potato salad. Seriously, it's the best. This region's best kept secret. They're always changing up the menu so we've tried different variations of their sandos and every single one did not disappoint. The area is a VIBE. Great beer. Great wine at the co-op. Really cool people. & the best BBQ in town. I am literally salivating as I write this. Just pure excellence.

Biscuits BBQ is the most tasty, delicious BBQ I've had since moving here from Colorado! I gotta be honest, coming from Colorado to California, good BBQ has been non existent! Then I tried Biscuits BBQ and damn!! I finally felt like I was at home again. The meat is top notch, the people are so genuine and so amazing! The owners put so much love and work into what they do. It shows!! How can you not love it!

I had really high hopes for this place based on the reviews, but was sorely disappointed with their ribs. Their mixed greens and baked potato were really tasty, but their Cubano was mediocre at best. The bottom bun of the Cubano was soggy and sad. I wish I had seen the review posted about the ribs, but I was dazzled by the positive reviews about the sandwiches. My family and I came for BBQ and not sammiches, which is why we ordered the full rack. We wish we hadn't and stuck with the sandwiches instead. The ribs tasted like they were either boiled or kept warm in a sous vide. You can just tell from the appearance that the ribs were going to taste as bad as they looked... and it did. If you're going to try this place, get anything but the ribs. I wish I had tried the Tritip Sando instead, but now I'm going to be left wondering since I have no plans on coming back. The ribs just left a bad taste... a really bad taste... that it would take a lot for me to give them a second chance. On a positive note, the staff was extremely nice and courteous. The ambiance was very nice as well. Their Winguardian Luminosa IPA was amazing.

Amazing food ! I couldn't decide between the brisket or the pulled pork so we got both and they were both amazing. !!!!!! Very friendly service as well.

We came in for a visit from AZ , and discovered gold . This place is located in a relaxed country, outdoor setting , perfect for get togethers. The smell coming from the smoker was a great indication of what was to come , actually understated . I sampled some of my step sons tomahawk ribeye , simply the best taste I have had in my mouth for years , perfectly smoked , perfectly rested and sliced , I've never imagined it ever being better in my lifetime . Next up chicken sliders , 3 soft Hawaiian style rolls filled with smoked , mustard infused bbq and about as moist and delicious as you will have anywhere , we had a cantaloupe salad which was to say the least , very very tasty and anything but boring , with arugula and I think cress . They offered two sauces one rich red wine bbq , great on anything and a mustardy bbq with I would eat on anything I could find . The important note here is , this Chef smokes and grills with all the natural and true passion of a master . He presents his meats without being drenched and masked in a sauce , but just as he seasoned them to taste out of the smoker , thus keeping all the integrity of the meat front and center. I wish this place all the best , and I know that there are no limits to the capabilities of this company. They offer daily menu's that change often , which I assume will for sure keep people wanting and waiting for the next new item . I rate this as the highest experience I have had dining in at least 10 years , and the best pure bbq I have ever had .

I've been here about 4 times in the last month since I found it on yelp! Lmao that brisket is fire. The Brody burger is the best burgers around. Nice toasted buttery bun, seasoned well, fresh tomato and lettuce. The peach bbq sauce is outstanding and customer service is on point. I think they should add some house chips to the burger that would take it up a level. Also maybe have prime rib on Friday/Saturday. Either way thanks biscuits bbq for filling a void in the Fairfield/Suisun area.
