Horrible experience got a rodio double cheeseburger for $10 asked for honey mustard they chargerd me 30 cents opened up the bag to a tiny single burger I went back in and said this is not what I ordered I ordered the double and the lady who took my order was trying to argue with me knowing I said a double had to ask for a full refund because she kept arguing instead of making it right. Then tried asking who I thought was her boss why she was so argumentative and he ignored me did not even look at my direction. Do not recommend eating here they do not listen at all extremely over priced and will argue instead of making things right I never had to deal with a fast food place like this

Be careful, they scam you with the size of your food and drink Horrible customer service I had a coupon for large French fries and drink and the manager day because I am using coupons it reduces the size to small and I request dr pepper drink and she gave me cokecola because that is what the coupons says, are friking kidding me????

I was treated very poorly my the manager. They messed up on my order I drove all the way to the other side of town to find out my order was incorrect. I drove back to let them know. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager lied and told her employees to say she wasn't there. I waited until she stopped lieing and refused to leave. I recorded the encounter with my cell phone. The manager ended up telling me next time look at your food before u leave. She slammed the window and said she didn't care. I have the whole incident recorded. The man was was very mean and ugly inside and out

This place has hit rock bottom the burger meat always taste BURNT and the service is worse I asked to get my fries with no salt and the teen age middle eastern girl rolled her eyes at me. I feel the owners can't keep workers at this Burger King so they are working it to keep it going . Service bad,food bad ,homeless lurking threw the drive thru next time Nations Burgers in fairfield way better. Eat at your own risk .

So I just finished eating my big fish and the whole time I was eating it, it tasted somewhat like gasoline, but I brushed it off thinking it was just me, but my sister ate some as she said the same. I searched up what it meant, and it was either something to do with the way the fish was cooked, stored, or if it was even good. I'm somewhat worried about how this fish sandwich affected my health, and I hope nothing bad comes out of this. But absolutely disgusting. Tho I will say that the fries were the bomb, maybe a little too much salt, but wtv. The lady that took out order was also nice, makes me more upset that the food itself was bad.

The woman working behind the drive thru window was a complete rude , unprofessional and off putting. I was working with a client I help out with and he wanted to purchase a separate order .. they normally have always don't that for people . She was rude and bitchy.
