So I placed an order online and added a free fries promo to the order. Upon checkout I realized the app had inexplicably removed the promo despite my order meeting the qualifications. I explained to the worker their but she would not give me the fries despite acknowledging that my order met the requirement to collect the promo. Bad customer service.

This Burger King is seriously disappointing. The place looks old, run-down, and barely holding together. The staff isn’t friendly at all—barely speaks to you, and when they do, it’s like they’re saying the bare minimum. I had an experience where a guy spent over 30 minutes arguing with them about not having croissants, and the cashier didn’t even bother using the other register to help with the growing line. The burgers? Dry, stale, and honestly worse than the usual Burger King standards. Not coming back to this location.

Didn't even take down my order correctly and forgot my mozzarella sticks. Had to wait 5+ minutes, when the restaurant was empty on the inside, just for a worker to help me. Didn't even get my mozzarella sticks. Churros were disgusting, they had no sugar on them. Then, I later found a long hair deep in the Whopper.
Unhelpful staff, can't even do their job correctly.

I arrived at 6:15. The website and the door says that they open at 6:00 a.m. The place was completely dark. Nobody was inside or even at the drive-thru. I waited until 25 after nobody ever showed up

It dosent even deserve one star but I will give it something. I sat this morning for about 7 min in the drive threw with no one answering or even in the front to tell people there food Wasent even made at all. Would have been understanding if the effort was made but none was.
