I recently ordered food and then went to use the restroom, but the Latin lady said it was out of order, which seems suspicious. I think she lying. It’s discrimination.

If the restroom is out of order, where do employees go to use the restroom and wash their hands ? How can a restaurant function without a restroom ?

Discriminating on your costumers is not cool.

Great customer service and food seemed to be prepared ideally. Some fast food joints have the food thrown together and seemingly with no regard. Not here I appreciated it.

Not very busy and were THE ONLY ONES with a bathroom I could use. 3 gas stations claimed theirs was closed. Chevron has permanently lost any business Forever.

I went there thinking that since I was going to be the only one in line that my food will come out fresh. Unfortunately my fries you would think would be at least refried were soggy. Brewers and soda came out okay. Unfortunately okay. Is not good enough after spending almost 11 bucks on a meal

I tried to place two orders through the drive-through and they said they couldn’t because they would get confused. There was one car in front of me and no car behind. After getting my first order, I drove around without any weight and had to order a second time to get my second order. If you can’t handle two orders in the whole store, there’s a serious problem.

Wow... what a bunch of lazy bums... sat at the register for 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was there while staff just pretended not to hear me( the entire restaurant is empty, btw). Eventually, another person walks in, and we are both just standing there chuckling at the insane service. Finally, the lady walks out, rolling her eyes at both of us... the rest went pretty much as expected, huffs, puffs...

Usually great when I go in the afternoon so I gave a few stars but tonight the fries were cold and stale my husband said his burger tasted like it had been sitting out and the powerade was out but of course I didn't know that until my husband brought me the food. A big disappointment but this is not usually my experience with this location so I still gave some stars as it is hit or miss.

25 April 2024. It's 5:45pm and my kids and I just left Carls Jr. They screwed up my order. I found out when I got home, ready to eat my " Classic Chicken " sandwich but instead I got a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon.First of all , I don't eat pork, secondly I didn't ask for grilled third, if you didn't understand what I said then ask me for clarification. How is it people want to get paid more but can't follow simple instructions?Then he didn't give me my receipt but luckily I have my usaa app to prove my purchase. Also, I call them and got no answer.I've dealt with Wendy's messing up my orders countless times that I quit going and now hardees aka Carl's Jr is about to be the next. Pay people more for poor service smh.Carl's Jr , North Texas Street, Fairfield, California.

The price I was charged was much higher than what their signboard shows. The staff is not the friendliest either. The food was fine but definitely not worth the price.

Compelled to write negative review, Wish I can give Minus points to save my fellow goers from disappointments as experienced by me. 1) Calls herself "manager"- Angela is Hispanic American (I mean no offense.g Xenophobia), has been , she still is and will remain Most Arrogant, Rogue, has phobias of humans and is unable to learn even most basic human courtesies. Her postmenopausal defiant attitude has made me Anti Carl's Jr loyal based on few insatiable experiences ( three in A row).2) online orders aren't showing up on their computers despite its on our mobile phone and she will refuse to read, acknowledge and mend errors. Not once, twice or thrice but over 70% of time. you end up dealing with corporate customer service which should be unnecessary in first place.3) I had to walk out of the store due to her filthy and Fart'y attitude, without my paid order, so Now I have to deal with my credit card folks as well, also undue.4) I am WITHDRAWING MY REWARDS membership + vow to NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION as long as so called tyrant Angela remain employed.5) Needless to say I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO MY LOVED ONE'S.6)Hope upper management is taking a NOTICE TO AMEND CHANGES.
