Never really leave reviews about fast food but felt like I had to in this case.
We ordered 3 burgers and a kids meal. We got our food and I realized there were only 2 burgers and a kids meal in the bag. Told the guy that I was missing a burger. He then grabbed the bag back to the kitchen. He then came back with the bag and gave it to me. I left thinking everything was okay. Once I got home, I realized I still ONLY had 2 burgers and 1 kids meal. He had simply swapped one of the burgers out for the one that was missing.
This spot is bit of a drive away from us and so it’s not often we go here but safe to say we were extremely disappointed especially considering we were charged $12 for the burger we never got.

I recently ordered food and then went to use the restroom, but the Latin lady said it was out of order, which seems suspicious. I think she lying. It’s discrimination.
If the restroom is out of order, where do employees go to use the restroom and wash their hands ? How can a restaurant function without a restroom ?
Discriminating on your costumers is not cool.

Great customer service and food seemed to be prepared ideally. Some fast food joints have the food thrown together and seemingly with no regard. Not here I appreciated it.

Not very busy and were THE ONLY ONES with a bathroom I could use. 3 gas stations claimed theirs was closed. Chevron has permanently lost any business Forever.

I went there thinking that since I was going to be the only one in line that my food will come out fresh. Unfortunately my fries you would think would be at least refried were soggy. Brewers and soda came out okay. Unfortunately okay. Is not good enough after spending almost 11 bucks on a meal

I tried to place two orders through the drive-through and they said they couldn’t because they would get confused. There was one car in front of me and no car behind. After getting my first order, I drove around without any weight and had to order a second time to get my second order. If you can’t handle two orders in the whole store, there’s a serious problem.

Wow... what a bunch of lazy bums... sat at the register for 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge I was there while staff just pretended not to hear me( the entire restaurant is empty, btw). Eventually, another person walks in, and we are both just standing there chuckling at the insane service. Finally, the lady walks out, rolling her eyes at both of us... the rest went pretty much as expected, huffs, puffs...

Usually great when I go in the afternoon so I gave a few stars but tonight the fries were cold and stale my husband said his burger tasted like it had been sitting out and the powerade was out but of course I didn't know that until my husband brought me the food. A big disappointment but this is not usually my experience with this location so I still gave some stars as it is hit or miss.
