We tried the Thanksgiving buffet this year and let's just say that we won't be going back. Majority of the food was left out with heat lamps and not on any burners, so it was cold and super dry. They had a small traditional spread of turkey, ham, stuffing, gravy, green beans, and caramel. All tasted dry and not good at all. The Mexican food like meats, tamales, enchiladas, were all dry or cold as well. The only good thing about the buffet was probably the taco bar where the guy heated tortillas and made you a taco, and then the fresh omelet station. Aside from the food though, service was exceptional from our waiter. That's why I'm still giving it 3 stars. Music was also super loud and employees were seen standing at the front and eating.
Went to have breakfast with the family and all the food that was served to us was cold we weren't able to eat it, there coffee was also cold which is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this place at all

Chevys in Fairfield continues to be our go-to spot for delicious food and great vibes. The meals are always fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is the perfect mix of fun and family-friendly. But what truly makes our experience stand out every single time is Toni.
She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had anywhere. Toni is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure we have a great time. Our kids adore her, and we always request her whenever we come in because she feels like part of the family now.

Chevys in Fairfield has easily become one of my favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is upbeat and fun, the staff is always welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Everything comes out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chips and salsa are dangerously addicting, and the margaritas hit that perfect balance every time.
Whether it’s a family dinner, a night out with friends, or just craving some seriously good Mexican food, Chevys always comes through. Great service, great food, and a great time. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to! 🌮✨

Remembering that Chevys is sort of upscale fast food, the food is OK. I think that the portions are a bit smaller than they used to be. Our server that evening was Alicia and she did an excellent job. The margaritas are pretty good, especially the Cadilac. We've been going to the Fairfield Chevys many times over the past years and still consider it good enough to go back again. There's been plenty of restaurants that don't get a "lets go back".
My wife and I came hear for the Father's Day Brunch. We made a reservation, but soon found out it was not necessary, as we were the only ones there! Having said that, the food was very good, better than I expected. Everything was fresh, since we were alone with the staff. Our waitress was very accommodating bringing us mimosas without being asked, brought coffee to our table and was very attentive. There were a few delays, as items were brought out at different times. I especially liked the chile colorado, machaca, & chile verde. Since the omelette station wasn't up yet, the cook came to our table to take my order and brought it to our table. I will go back again. Cheers!
We made a reservation and when we arrived they told us it would be a 30 minute wait until we could get seated. Very disappointed since the point of making a reservation is to be seated when you arrive. We ended up leaving since we had kids that could not wait that long.
Great food, great ambience, superb staff, lots and lots of food choices! Also, served sizzling hot!
Had a Valentine reservation but when we showed up the Host didn't seem to care and wanted to sit us in an empty room. After talking to the Manager we were seated inside at a table. The Host was very unprofessional.
I had a wonderful time with my friends birthday celebration. The food is delicious and service is great!

I made reservations and still had the wait, which I understood . The problem that I had was the staff was seating non reservation groups (same size as my group). The other issue was they were extremely understaffed. My group and I was told our food wood take 20min but it took 1hr 1/2. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks and appetizers. Also, when our food finally arrived, our meals were cold(as if it had been sitting out for a while) . At least 3 of my guests had to ask for their food to be reheated.
We were seated right away. Food took WAY TOO LONG, almost an hour. Ordered 2 soups & 3 entrees. Was FREEZING inside the restaurant! OUT OF CHIPS & SALSA!!! My favorite thing there & only reason I go. Finally asked our waitress about the soups because I could not stand the cold any longer. The entrees came & still no soups. Told the runner I no longer wanted my soup. He did not respond & came back with the soups. Food was good. Manager took off the soups & kids meal. Waitress was good & tried. Was not a happy way to end our Christmas day....
Chevy's provided our Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey was perfectly cooked, and the pumpkin pie was a next level delight. We enjoyed every bite of everything. And the service was great. Many thanks to the staff who worked on Thanksgiving Day to provide such a wonderful meal.

Then the little Dimwit said..."Hey, there's a 7-11 up ahead, let's stop and get the Nachos...they're the best!"
Then..he goes on and on about the orange gooey cheese like product that they pump on top of it, telling me how great it is...So..I pulled over to the side of the freeway and asked him to see if my brake lights were working, and as soon as he got out I drove away. He was only a mile or two from the Mall, and I went straight to Chevys and got the loaded Nachos with Carne Asada ...it was Amazing!
