There was a wait for tables so we decided to sit at the bar rail ,the bartender got to us quick and food came out real fast, she was very attentive keeping our drinks ,chips & salsa full
I dined at Chevy's in Fairfield on a Friday evening and sat in the cantina. Our server checked in on us frequently and made sure we weren't lacking anything we needed. Drinks came out just as expected and the food was just to our liking. We had absolutely no complaints. Other restaurant staff also checked on us as they walked by and I thought that was very courteous of them. We'll definitely be returning.
The music was extremely high for a lunch time on a Friday. It was so loud that we had difficulty hearing each other speak when just sitting next to each other. We asked the waitress, the host as well as the manager if they could turn down the music and each one replied “we will try“ but it never happened. I would understand having music that loud on a weekend night, and I hate to sound like an old grump, but it really made it difficult for my group to communicate with each...
