Came here due to Google reviews. Stood for a while when there’s plenty of empty tables and yet a line awaits.Ordered a couple of main entrées, and after a bite of the delicious fish, decided to immediately order more. But they made us wait till the entire restaurant is served and like almost an hour later, when the place is actually closed and staff are seated! No explanation, no apologies, no compensation for our time. So ridiculous.Crawfish entoufee is WAY too salty(even with rice), chicken ain’t as good as Popeye’s, but their catfish is def legit. I do like the cornbread & mac and cheese too.Will I come back to waste my time and more than $100 for 3 dinner entrees? Never again.I’ll go to Popeyes for 1/4 of the price and efficiency.

I have been coming here for years now. Each time, the food is served fresh, hot, well seasoned, and delicious. We arrived near the opening time, so there was no wait in line. We were greeted and seated immediately. The wait staff arrived within minutes to take our drink order. Today, for main entrees, we picked red beans & rice along with the shrimp po boy. The serving sizes here are well above average. The football game was on the big screen tv while mowtown music played in the background, giving a nice soulful ambiance. The wait staff is always friendly and courteous. There is plenty of free parking on the street or in the side parking lot. Willl most definitely come again. Highly recommend to anyone.
