I don't go inside but although the drive through lines are usually long it doesn't take too long to get to the window to receive your order.Good food at a reasonable price.

The people are always really nice but when you have to tell the the specific amount of things that you want and then they still don't give them to you when you're at the window you ask them they say yes and then you get home to eat your meal and you don't have all the things that you asked for it really kind of sucks get it together you guys when putting the things together pay attention to what the people have asked for!

I came here on a rainy night for the kids to get out of the house and had a great time. It’s crazy how all these other fast food chains are abandoned on the inside and you would think no one goes out anymore but then you go to a chic fil a in Fairfield and the inside was packed. The store manager was running some event with all of the diners and it felt like everyone knew each other, almost a communal vibe. Imagine that in the US these days. Lots of kids were playing and people talking. I was impressed. I don’t know what the store manager was doing to facilitate this but I like seeing people off the phones and out of the house all with good food at an affordable price.
Good food, fast and customer service was wonderful.

I placed an order through the App. And Nick the Manager wants to tell me to bad so sad, deal with Doordash because his team didn’t put over HALF my order in the SEALED bag and than wants to blame the driver for stealing it! Well Nick, you are possibly the worst excuse for customer service since sliced bread! Merry Christmas Nick for a job half done!
