Chipotle Mexican Grill

Earlier tonight, close to the store’s closing time on February 3rd, 2026, I visited the location and was assisted by two exceptional ladies at the front—one expertly preparing bowls and burritos, and the other efficiently managing the billing. Both were outstanding in their professionalism, warmth, and customer service. The vegetarian bowl was prepared beautifully, with precise portions and a perfect separation of rice and sauces. Their attentiveness and skill truly elevated the experience. An excellent team and commendable staff overall

Came from Canada and stopped here as I heard good things about this place. Was quite disappointed. Overpriced, bad customer service, nasty food, and restaurant was literally a dumping ground for garbage as trash cans were over flowing. Never again.

This is my 10th time going since I moved to Fairfield and the chips are always so stale. Idk if you guys leave them over night but this genuinely ruins my meals every time and I should be getting what I’m PAYING for……

Nothing to complain about here. The food was tasty. The service was prompt. The store seemed clean from what I observed. Was purchased on my lunch break. Had plenty left over for dinner!

I wouldn’t even give them a single star for service. Upon arrival I was just looked at and the boys and girls continued their convo while on their phones. Overheard their conversation about their budding bringing weed for them to smoke. My order wasn’t made right so I spoke up and the girl angrily threw it away. I just don’t understand why management is allowing teenagers to run a restaurant. The food tastes good the service just ruined it.

The little guy behind the counter is vicious tried to fight me for taking to long to pick up my order first came from behind the counter and kept blocking me from leaving than he literally followed me to my car trying to fight me . I have a video of him following me around outside trying to fight me he calmed down when I started recording though but there was no reason for him to follow me out the restaurant. I tried to contact district manager multiple times and have yet to get a reply ... good job chipotle

I placed an order at 12:22 Pm and suppose to get deliver at 1:00 Pm. it seems it's still in the store and no one picked it up yet.
