I wouldn’t even give them a single star for service. Upon arrival I was just looked at and the boys and girls continued their convo while on their phones. Overheard their conversation about their budding bringing weed for them to smoke. My order wasn’t made right so I spoke up and the girl angrily threw it away. I just don’t understand why management is allowing teenagers to run a restaurant. The food tastes good the service just ruined it.

The little guy behind the counter is vicious tried to fight me for taking to long to pick up my order first came from behind the counter and kept blocking me from leaving than he literally followed me to my car trying to fight me . I have a video of him following me around outside trying to fight me he calmed down when I started recording though but there was no reason for him to follow me out the restaurant. I tried to contact district manager multiple times and have yet to get a reply ... good job chipotle

I placed an order at 12:22 Pm and suppose to get deliver at 1:00 Pm. it seems it's still in the store and no one picked it up yet.

I would give this place 5 stars if only they figured out why their sodas taste so bad. I have ordered from here many times, and not once have the sodas been remotely good.

I ordered this from Chipotle this was my 2nd time. The first time I ordered from Chipotle, they would have received 10 stars. However, the second time and the last time was horrible. This is my experience. Trying to get through to the customer service line.It took me over four hours. I ordered the same thing as the first time 3 tacos. With carnitas, some corn sour cream and some salsa. I got one piece a small chunk of carnitas in each taco. I called several times to complain. It took me over four hours to get to a person only to be told, i have to transfer you to Uber Eats because we don't know what you paid for it. I offered to forward my receipt from Uber Eats, and she said that wouldn't to ANY good. I couldn't believe it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after waiting about 15 minutes. Maybe 10. I decided It is not worth my time nor my energy. I will never order from instacart and go to Chipotle again ever. Nor will I ever go in the store ever. I am so disappointed it's ridiculous.
And to the customer service rep, I reached after 4 hours of trying to reach somebody. Same on you, you should have handled my situation with grace and respect. I'm just let me forward the email to you of my receipt. Because that would have been proof and that's what you needed. I offered to give it to you and you said it would do no good. So you are full of you know what? And I will never order from you again ever or your company ever ever ever ever.. i paid 27.35 for 3 tacos, only no extras, no soda, no chips, no, nothing that is ridiculous, and you want to send me to uber eats to see if they'll give me a credit screw, you.
Like I said, I will never go back. The horrible customer service that I received from that representative is horrible.

The food is okay. The vegetables are never cooked all the way. And the surface sucks, they always have an attitude and look miserable. Awesome. They put small portions on your entree

Depending on the time of day you go, any Chipotle will be packed, but this location is more consistent with the flavors and seasonings compared to Vacaville's

The cleanliness of the place wasn't the best but wasn't the worst. Workers gave me a really good portion for one scoop. Food was also amazing!

I went there for the chips and salsa.I really like their chips and salsa. My kids get other stuff but the chips and salsa taste homemade and they are good. Very inexpensive too and the girl who took my order was friendly.

🚨🛑NOT RECOMMENDED. Very dirty and disgusting place to eat. Whole experience is negative. Food was served without proper presentation, no one had been interested to clean the location for many hours. Some workers didn’t had gloves, and they handled different meats with same gloves leading to cross contamination which is against the food safety standards protocol. Food looks very bad in presentation. Tastes also bad.

Seems no one is interested to make the place better because Chipotle link provided by Xavy @Chipotle doesn’t allow the images to be uploaded directly as supporting evidence. The site requires you to compress images and upload them, which is long process. Seems no one is willing to take responsibility.
