I’ve been a loyal customer of Chipotle since its early days, appreciating their food and the brand’s commitment to quality. However, my experiences at the Fairfield location have left much to be desired. To put it bluntly, the service here is subpar, a statement I make after several disappointing encounters.On three separate occasions, I’ve placed online orders, only to discover upon returning home—8 miles away—that my order was incorrect. Specifically, my burrito’s fillings were not as requested. The nature of a burrito means you can’t verify the order until you take a bite, leading to frustrating surprises.Attempting to resolve these issues has been an ordeal in itself. Reaching out for customer service over the phone has proven nearly impossible, as getting through to a live representative is a challenge. On the rare occasion I did manage to speak with someone, this time with a representative in the Philippines, the interaction was far from satisfactory. I found their attitude disrespectful and, ultimately, my request for a refund was denied, leaving me with no choice but to discard the incorrect food.It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service quality, especially from a brand I’ve supported for years. I hope that sharing my experience will prompt Chipotle, particularly the Fairfield location, to reevaluate their customer service and order accuracy. Ensuring that customers receive what they’ve paid for and addressing any mistakes with respect and understanding should be fundamental practices for any food establishment.

When you call only ai answer you can not talk to a real person. I ordered 2 bowls and a salad ? just wanted to add forks and a vinaigrette. Last time they were not in the bag and it didn’t give an option on Uber eats. Ask Uber driver to ask for them and they wouldn’t give them to him.

Most recent visit at 7pm had a sigh at the order window that they were completely out of both kind of beans, no queso, no fajita vegetables, and no shredded cheese. I asked for extra chicken and they said I had to pay extra. I only had rice, chicken and salsa on my burrito bowl and no discounts at all was given. The cashier was adamant about no discounts, rude and very unkind to all who paid her. She was even too lazy to open a roll of nickles to give me change. The worst experience ever for me at a Chipotle! How do they stay open till 11pm without food????

I had to update my previous review. This past Friday (2/16/24), I ordered three items towards the end of my shift. Two burrito bowls and a burrito. The portion sizes are DEFINITELY smaller than they were a year ago. And whoever made the rice... goodness. The rice wasn't fully cooked. The meal that I bought for my family was inedible. I'm not sure if I will order again from this chipotle again, due to the poor servings of the food that I received. You're better off actually going to a taqueria. The quality of the food would be 100% better than chipotle.

I really love the food at Chipotle in general.However at this particular Chipotle their chips are often so oily that the bags have grease stains on the side. I've been eating here for more than a year now and it's their weakest point.Even when the bags aren't saturated like today, more than a quarter of the chips were so wet with oil that they were actually limp!Vegetarian options: I love their Sofritas which have a high protein count for us vegetarians.

We placed a massive order at this Chipotle for 9/16/23 and they handled it beautifully. It was ready on time, even though we were not on time ourselves. A very nice gentleman carried it all out to our car. The place was busy but they didn't miss a beat. I recommend this place for catering your group.

I just don't have the best luck with Chipotle, I guess. We stopped here on our way home to get a bowl for dinner. They were pretty busy. We had to wait in line about 10 minutes to get to the counter. The person putting the ingredients together was less than friendly, and was less than generous with the meat. I guess they're trying to save money by cutting way down on portion sizes. The cashier was friendly enough, but overall this experience was not up to par. Not sure if I'll return to this location.

Customer Service was absolutely terrible. My friend ordered our food through DoorDash. We went to go and pick it up, had the confirmation emails, along with the whole receipt and name on the order. When my friend told her the name on the order they said they had no order with that name despite us being at the right location with the DoorDash receipt and all. She said she has no confirmation number to go off of. As a manger at a retail store I do understand not having an order or a number to go off of. But when I'm clearly showing you my receipt with food and everything, there is always at least ONE thing you can do to satisfy or help a customer. This lady in black , little older with glasses and brown hair, however did not help or satisfy in anyway possible. She then Told us to call 1-800- chipotle which isn't even a real number or line of customer service !!! Total waste of time and money especially putting an order in for pick up and having to go in two times in a row and wait in line when we purposefully ordered for pick up to avoid the lines and confusion.

Today, November 09, 2023, around 9:45 PM, I went into the restaurant and immediately noticed the employees seemed unhappy or frustrated. The person "helping me" had a terrible attitude and did not seem happy to assist me. Transparency: I had on a red, slightly baggy jacket and jeans, to which I noticed a huge difference across all members VERSUS when I typically come dressed as a county employee, in either button up, slacks (I.e. more "professional" clothing). Granted, I understand that it can be frustrating to tend to customers close to closing, however, customer service/kindness goes a LONG way! I was quick with ordering and was out in less than 3 minutes. I hate that those three minutes were spent with multiple employees who made it clear that I was not welcome and they did not want to truly commit to their job.
