We have the $7.99 monthly pass for my daughter to get to play 40 games a day and she absolutely loves it. I’m so happy that an offer like this exists and she looks forward to going to Chuck E. Cheese one to two times a week for play dates and family time. The pizza is delicious too, and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here 1-2 times a month and I have had birthday parties for my kids here a few times. Every single visit we are greeted with a smile! Service, food, and overall atmosphere is great. My kids love coming here! We have the fun pass membership and it’s so worth it! The staff are awesome! I can’t remember everyone’s names but Ally, David & Javier to name a few, are honestly a big reason this place has become a frequent visit for us. Someone is always out cleaning and wiping tables, bathrooms have been clean each time we have been, and it’s always a smooth visit!

The don’t answer the phone I called multiple times and no one answers I left my babies shoes and I was trying to see if they were in lost and in found and no one got back to me

Terrible service, it took us over an hour to get our food. Meanwhile other families who arrived way after us got their food order right away. The “manager” or young guy running the shift with a blue shirt could careless. He was very unprofessional and clearly not ready for his role.

Let's just say the workers were a little hyper vigilant in making sure you weren't enjoying amenities that you didn't pay for. When we did something we weren't supposed to like using the wrong socks for the jumpy area, they told us that they caught it on camera and to make sure we were using the proper socks. However, they made us show them wristbands to ensure that we paid to use the jumpy area. If you could see on the camera that they had the wrong socks on why couldn't you see on the camera that we paid for wristbands to use the trampolines? As a customer, it's never fun to deal with someone who is accusing you of lying or stealing. A simple check in the system or cameras would have shown that we paid for the wristbands even if the kids didn't have them on. I don't like being shook down while I'm trying to enjoy my time with my child. Do better
As we walked in the greeter that stamped us was very friendly and welcoming the food was good. And also the staff that checked us out and the people or should I say the staff that made the food was very polite.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because Allie was awesome! She really is the rock star of the place. Otherwise it would be 0 stars. NO ONE was at the gate to stamp us in. Guy cleaning tables did 2, left and never came back. At least 1/3 of games dis not work. Pizza was burned. Guy doing prizes definitely did not like his job. Area near front windows smelled like urine. Meanwhile Allie took our order, stocked the salad bar and dished up dipping dots. The line to order was long and she worked as fast as possible but NO ONE came to help! What looked to be a manager (blue shirt & lanyard) spent most of his time wandering around, not really doing a darn thing except singing for the birthday parities. Thank you Allie. You were the highlight and we loved your personality
