This location has no phone number listed. I had to contact corporate because I received a very undercooked classic, the bottom to the middle was pure dough. Not even cooked. This is the second time this has happened but this is the first time I filed a formal complaint. My fear is that a child will eat this not knowing that it can make them sick by eating raw dough. Children will eat almost anything and they won't know that it's not safe to eat. I highly suggest parents to taste the cinnabon before you allow your children to eat it AT THIS LOCATION. I had to toss mine it was not edible. I will not be going back to this location. If I'm in the Concord California area I will give that one a try.

Workers were kind but it’s your usual Cinnabon. But I wish the cinnamon rolls were hotter since mine was very lukewarm, drinks are expensive enough to bring you into debt, but it’s probably cheap for a place in the mall. No chairs or places to sit it’s purely to go.

Why do the hours say that you guys close at 9pm when you don't? I came up there closer to 830pm and the cashier told me that they close at 8pm.... That's all fine and dandy but update your hours so next time I don't waste my gas assuming that you close at 9pm....

I paid for a raspberry frozen lemonade and expected the premium lemonade in it and got the lemonade from the soda machine. $5 for avg lemonade. Rip

They were pretty good. The cinnamon bun I got was pretty fresh. I was able to get in and out of the store pretty quickly. Only thing I didn't realize was how much the prices had gone up since the last time I had gone. Would I go again? Yeah. I would. Luckily, there are plenty of locations no matter where I go.

Service good depends on WHO’s there for the day! It’s a hitt or miss, sometimes the buns are baked thin, very dry, very little Cinnamon, very little cream.And other times nice and warm, nice amount of cinnamon, fluffy, with rite amount of cream;-))!
