Why do the hours say that you guys close at 9pm when you don't? I came up there closer to 830pm and the cashier told me that they close at 8pm.... That's all fine and dandy but update your hours so next time I don't waste my gas assuming that you close at 9pm....

I paid for a raspberry frozen lemonade and expected the premium lemonade in it and got the lemonade from the soda machine. $5 for avg lemonade. Rip

Got a cinnamon roll today and found an extremely long hair inside it. I am absolutely disgusted with the cleanliness of this establishment. As you can see in the photos attached I had already taken several bites before discovering the hair. When I called to complain, the woman had an attitude as if it was my fault her fellow employees do not practice cleanliness in their workplace establishment. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this location, do better.

Cinnabon fulfilled my sweet cravings while shopping on 4th of July. Service was fast. They were fully staffed. I ordered Caramel PecanBon with extra cream cheese Frosting. Tasty at every bit. Cinnabon never fails.

They were pretty good. The cinnamon bun I got was pretty fresh. I was able to get in and out of the store pretty quickly. Only thing I didn't realize was how much the prices had gone up since the last time I had gone. Would I go again? Yeah. I would. Luckily, there are plenty of locations no matter where I go.

Service good depends on WHO’s there for the day! It’s a hitt or miss, sometimes the buns are baked thin, very dry, very little Cinnamon, very little cream.And other times nice and warm, nice amount of cinnamon, fluffy, with rite amount of cream;-))!

Very rude and unacceptable customer service. The three girls " working" looked like robots and had attitudes for no reason towards every single customer. One was just standing there on her phone right next to the other weirdo at the register. Pretty gross that she didn't have gloves on but was using her phone & put our napkins and utensils in the bag right at the same time.
