We arrived at 9:45 PM, well before closing time, yet were immediately met with disrespectful behavior from an employee, including eye-rolling and visible annoyance as we walked in. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwanted for coming in during posted business hours. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Went in 10/24/25 at around 3, didn’t ask the girls name but she was amazing. It looked like she was working alone but she was so polite, and quick. Everytime my fiancé and I go the girls are consistently rude, roll their eyes overall seem just unhappy with their job. 5 starts for the girl today. I don’t normally write reviews but she deserved the praise.

Waited to pick up an online order next to the counter for 20 minutes, and none of the 6+ employees acknowledged us. Even when all other customers left with their ice cream, the employees went to the back and didn't even look our way. Had to stop one of them, who passed right by and continued walking away from us.

Hi, you are closed, otherwise I’d go there. But uh, my daughter nearly ate part of a piece of broken rubber spatula in her ice cream cake today. Would love to discuss. Please reply. Thank you kindly.

First time coming here. Usually go to vacaville but this was closer. First and last time coming here. The milkshake was barely blended. Got home and saw so many mix in toppings not mixed in(fully blended in) on the bottom. Crazy

Best ice cream my favorite is Founders Favorite

Yesterday, we decided to get ice cream on a rainy day. It was the perfect experience. The staff, restaurant, and the ice cream.

The coffee ice cream was delicious and the young lady who helped me was nice

The kids loved it and the ice cream was delicious. But there's literally nowhere to sit down inside or outside the place. We wanted to eat it immediately but had to take our treats home. It's also pretty spendy, so only a once in a while kind of treat.

I had treated myself and my husband to some ice cream. The staff that is working there is amazing! They were always polite, welcoming, helpful when I asked questions about what was inside, with smiles on happy to help.

However, the ice cream was just not what I wanted or looking for. I took 3 bites of my ice cream ate my topping and that was it.

Was so upsetting and expensive, it was $19.98 for the both of us.

The ice cream tasted off, my banana wasn't ripe and still very Strachey.

I love ice cream but I never pull over here and I did great ice cream on real cold stone! Only one worker mid afternoon doing it all!! On the hottest day this month! I sat outside I don’t recall inside seating or very limited!
