Waited to pick up an online order next to the counter for 20 minutes, and none of the 6+ employees acknowledged us. Even when all other customers left with their ice cream, the employees went to the back and didn't even look our way. Had to stop one of them, who passed right by and continued walking away from us.

Hi, you are closed, otherwise I’d go there. But uh, my daughter nearly ate part of a piece of broken rubber spatula in her ice cream cake today. Would love to discuss. Please reply. Thank you kindly.

First time coming here. Usually go to vacaville but this was closer. First and last time coming here. The milkshake was barely blended. Got home and saw so many mix in toppings not mixed in(fully blended in) on the bottom. Crazy

Yesterday, we decided to get ice cream on a rainy day. It was the perfect experience. The staff, restaurant, and the ice cream.

The coffee ice cream was delicious and the young lady who helped me was nice

The kids loved it and the ice cream was delicious. But there's literally nowhere to sit down inside or outside the place. We wanted to eat it immediately but had to take our treats home. It's also pretty spendy, so only a once in a while kind of treat.

I had treated myself and my husband to some ice cream. The staff that is working there is amazing! They were always polite, welcoming, helpful when I asked questions about what was inside, with smiles on happy to help.

However, the ice cream was just not what I wanted or looking for. I took 3 bites of my ice cream ate my topping and that was it.

Was so upsetting and expensive, it was $19.98 for the both of us.

The ice cream tasted off, my banana wasn't ripe and still very Strachey.

I love ice cream but I never pull over here and I did great ice cream on real cold stone! Only one worker mid afternoon doing it all!! On the hottest day this month! I sat outside I don’t recall inside seating or very limited!

Love ice cream

July 15 2023 I went this evening it was about 6:30pm and got some ice cream I notice when I walk in the door was open, so I figured the a.c don’t work. Well when I got it it was working, but now I was looking at the ice cream and notice that they defrost it a little and I can see the ice cream was kind of melting so I figured it was ok, but I was wrong by the time they mixing the ice cream and when I received it, it was already melting and dripping off the bowl and when I got outside my ice cream is like drinking the ice cream instead of enjoying it, so I decided to throw it away because it was melted already and it didn’t taste good. The employees should never open the door considering it was over 100 degrees outside and letting the he ice cream melt so they don’t have to scoop the ice cream to hard but that’s not good serving ice cream already defrosted already they can make people really sick. They need to throw all their ice cream away that’s melted already. Employees should get I. Trouble for this and the manager allowing it to happen…

According to my sister Mariah was unsanitary ? and she only wanted to put 2 Oreos in a 48oz. Watch these people
