I love this place! I first saw it when I was with a friend who is involved with the art museum. I loved all the artwork n the walls! Another plus has to be the set up of the cafe - large- roomy with wonderfully comfortable seating arrangements! Everyone who works at the counter is kind, friendly, and makes excellent lattes! This is my new favorite place! The mall needs a place like this! I will be spreading the news of its existence.

I love the coffee and most of the people there, especially Chantal. One person that I really can't deal with is a guy that usually works the afternoons. He's kind of short and has the side of his hair shaved. He can't make coffee to save his life. It tastes like water and milk. I don't even go in when he's there. Otherwise, I love buying coffee and working a bit of my day here for a change of pace.

Ordered an iced snickerdoodle latte. Very watery barely a taste of any coffee. Asked if there was espresso in it and she said yes. Ended up tossing it while walking in the mall. Couldn't just drink that.

It's a college cafeteria. Burger was not very good, SUPER salty, and the bun was pretty ready. Brownie was not great. Fries were perfect though. A little pricy for a college cafeteria

Update 12/12/24. Had a burger again. This time, it was perfect! Super helpful staff as well. Bumping to 4 stars.

It's nice that it's a family owned shop, but I am definitely seeing the disadvantage of leaving a couple of your kids (14 & 12 year old) to run the shop.

Their service is slow and although the twelve your old boy was polite (cute as a button he is), the girl is melancholy and I can tell that she doesn't really know how to give customer service.

I'm willing to accept that this is their first job, so they're learning. I certainly hope their folks train them better soon, and start expanding their team with more experienced baristas.

I do like this shop though. Their drinks are high quality and I like how they heat their muffins. It has a homey atmosphere with their lounge area consisting of a couch and some soft chairs with a wide screen TV to watch some programs while you're hanging out with your coffee. This place is brand new so I'm certain that they're still in the process of decorating. I hope they can post some paintings in picture frames to brighten up the place and give it a more inviting atmosphere. Now it kind of looks like a prison cell but without the bars.
