Dave & Buster's Fairfield

The service was professional, courteous, and, kind. This place is the absolute worst. The only thing good about it is the games. Management and down are all horrible. This place should be shut down, honestly.

Cleanest Dave and Busters I have ever been in.

No billiards tables! No staff anywhere on the floor!

We sat waiting for 20min for a server to come to our table to acknowledge us and at least take our drink order but no one came. Took my kids to play because they were anxious. We came back to the table two more times and waited for 10mims each time, for someone to walk up. I eventually went to the host and asked if someone would be coming to take our order. He apologized and said someone was coming. No one came. It took me going to the bar to try to order drinks for me and my children for the host to come back up to me to apologize again and grab someone. We eventually had someone come up and take our order. It was my daughter's birthday and our first time there. I NEVER complain but being in retail, I had to speak on this.

Our waiter/waitress messed up our orders due to the loud environment, which is not necessarily that horrible but the person that helped with serving the food was rude and argumentative. We tried explaining to him the order was wrong when he gave us a dish we did not order or shorted us on an order, he just dismissed us and said "it's what's on the ticket" and just walked away. Did not offer a solution or help with correcting the order. Remainder of experience was okay.

Check in had our reservation and table ready for party of 12 which was 6 adults and 6 kids for our son's birthday party. Our server Veronica was great with our group. She was patient and checked in with us multiple times! Kids had a great time going around arcade area and playing games together. The adults did too. Great place to get together with smaller kids. We went at 11 and by the time we left around 3 it got more crowded with older kids and adults.

I made reservations prior to going and we were seated right away so that was great but it took forever to get someone to take our order. Once the appetizer came out, a different server brought it out and pretty much threw it on the table and walked away mid sentence as my husband was asking for small plates. From there no one checked on us for over 20 minutes, cups empty and missing the extra sauce we asked for in the initial order. Once the food came out, the food itself was good but again, no one came to check on us and our cups were empty for some time. Several servers walked by and would look but not a word. Service was terrible. Will likely not be going back.

Perfect place for a kid's birthday party, where the adults can watch games and have fun too.

Service was awesome! We were helped by Nelson and Glenys and their service was friendly, attentive, and exceeding our expectations. This D&B is ran like a well oiled machine, from management (Brandon) to servers, hostess, game hosts, and kitchen. Food was delicious and we ordered almost the whole menu for our party. Everything tasted great

Came to enjoy some dinner with my cousin, awful service. Waitress Christie did not bring us any silverware I had to go grab it myself from the back table. Asked her for some plates when she brought out our appetizer and she never brought them….. took 50 min for food to come out just to be disgusting. Cocktail super light. Horrible service never coming back.

Everything was good until it came to the bill. I knew the bill was going to be a little high but they charged us drinks that should not have been charged. In the menu the kids menu states that all kids meals come with a soft drink or a apple juice. I got two kid pizzas and two soft drinks for those two pizzas. Once I paid, 1st the guy did not even give me a receipt & we had to go chase him down for a receipt. Second I was like okay the bill should have not been too high so I looked and they charged me for my kids drinks. I go up to the host and let her know that they charged me two drinks when it states “all kids meals come with a drink”. She then has the audacity to say “oh our prices probably change it happens all the time” like whatttt!! How the heck are you going to change your prices and not change the menu! Anyways she said I had to talk to my server (who was idk where” I was like just whatever did not want to make a huge deal out of it and left. But that was just ridiculous for her to say their prices changed.

Honestly I get consistently bad service here, it's often 10 minutes minimum to get the bartender to greet me, even when I'm the only person there.

If it was just a little faster I wouldn't mind it. Maybe they need a second bartender.

We sat at the bar waited for about 5/9 minutes we were greeted by Stephanie she was cleaning only beautiful person the acknowledged us at the bar ! never got greeted by bartender got up and went to get a table we did get service quick dinner was great!
