Better make sure u get happy hour price paid before you check out. Because when bill came they charged us full price and said we paid after happy hour. But drinks were ordered before happy hour ended by 30 min

Too bad the minimum requirement is one star because this place does not even deserve one star, me and my family went there and the service was terrible, you ask for something and the server will simply will just go and socialize with his coworkers and forget about your order over and over again, they will be out there literally ignoring you while you have waited for over 30 mins for a Soda, at one point I felt they were being rude on purpose, it was not a busy time of the day, there was only our table and one more and they were shaking their head in disappointment as well, the person that helped us, his Name is Aldo, he should not be in this line of work, he is rude, and does not even show he cares about his job, just a terrible experience.

Veterans day meal. Found music Bingo on tue night. Manager made up for the bad service! And I love music Bingo!! Will go back for that. The drinks are very expensive though

Had a great time watching the Warriors whoop the Spurs the other day! Main reason why I wanted to take the time to leave a review is because the manager went above and beyond to make sure we could watch the game. It wasn’t on the big screens so he logged on to his own Amazon just so we could watch our game! Appreciate it very much!! Great food also! They have an updated menu and it’s on point.

It was like going into a Chucky Cheese! I thought Dave & Buster's was for grown ups, this place was full of kids and kid birthday parties. The food took forever, came out ice cold and a few items came out incorrect. When we asked for our sauces, we were charged extra! Salads typically come with dressing, I guess when you ask for it on the side you get charged extra. Also got charged extra (4.00) for the black bean burger and only receive one patty on a double burger. The drinks were mediocre. My Jack Daniel's Cherry something tasted like watered down Jack, it's blended, so that could be why. It was Super Charged (extra shot), not sure that it's worth the money, all though that may have been why I actually tasted something other than the ice. The beers tasted like the lines have not been flushed in awhile. We purchased the Eat and Play, well that was kind of a bust. You get luck to hit a 1000 tickets right away and only get about 30 minutes of play because you max out on tickets (1500 is all that's allowed) so didn't seem like a deal!

Walked out after sitting at bar and bar staff is to busy talking with each other and fixing thier lip gloss to ask if I wanted service. .

This place is horrible, asked for a Modelo at the bar and waited for 20 minutes. Finally asking the bartender if it was still coming, she said she couldn’t because she was concerned about my safety and I was totally sober!! She said come back in 30 minutes after you eat…. I will never come back to this place. This place is a joke…Nina was the bartender, she should not be serving people. Worst service I have ever seen

I had the worst experience of my life at this place. I’m an immigrant (I don’t know if they would have done the same to a native person) who came to this country to do things the right way. I’m an engineer working in the energy industry, and I have a clean record because I follow the law. But yesterday, I was made to feel like a criminal here — all because my partner was wearing a shirt that, according to their dress code, was “inappropriate.”

I wouldn’t have had a problem if they had told us at the entrance that we couldn’t come in, but no one greeted us or checked as we walked in. We sat at the bar and waited for about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order.

Then, out of nowhere, a woman who claimed to be the manager showed up with two security guards who looked like retired wrestlers. She spoke to us in an aggressive and disrespectful way, telling us we had to leave immediately because my partner’s outfit didn’t meet their dress code. Again — I can understand enforcing a policy, but there’s a right way to speak to people and explain the situation.

Instead, the “manager” grabbed our drinks and threw them in our faces. I told her we would leave if she refunded our money, but she refused because I had drunk about a quarter of my drink (After an argument, they proceeded to give me my money back). Not wanting trouble, we picked up our things and walked out — with the “retired wrestler” security guard following us.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had in the so-called “land of opportunity.” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's been actual years since I last visited a Dave and Busters. I got the boneless wings with the $19.99 special, all you can eat. They were good, nothing to write home about. The waitress was super polite and very attentive, but it took a long time between orders. I think they were just busy!
