Dave & Buster's Fairfield

Well i don't get much of an experience at all because either the Open Table App was lying or the host was. I made a reservation for 15 @2pm and was told there were no tables available, so we went elsewhere. Unfortunate because we would have spend several hundreds of dollars Amon foo, drinks and games with our party of 5 kids and 10 adults.

Horrible experience- I made a reservation well in advance for my nephews birthday party. Drove from Sacramento to Fairfield for party of 9 and was told they were “at capacity” because of the 49ers game. No genuine apology - just a “that's just what it is” attitude- no solution provided. The way that the staff was responding upset us and they had no abilities in deescalting just only escalating ..they tried to say this never happened before and they blamed open table for the mistake - 2 star average on yelp shows this wasn't a “one off” situation - terrible leadership in place there.

We had reservations and they could not seat us because they overbooked! Terrible experience!

Went to watch the 49er football game, place was packed but with my reservation our table was ready for us. Food and drinks were good and even though they were super busy service was really good. Highly recommend going there for sporting events, just make sure you make reservations.

The waitress was very accommodating & understanding for separatel checks for a group 15. She was attentive & helpful with everyone at our gathering.

Better make sure u get happy hour price paid before you check out. Because when bill came they charged us full price and said we paid after happy hour. But drinks were ordered before happy hour ended by 30 min

Too bad the minimum requirement is one star because this place does not even deserve one star, me and my family went there and the service was terrible, you ask for something and the server will simply will just go and socialize with his coworkers and forget about your order over and over again, they will be out there literally ignoring you while you have waited for over 30 mins for a Soda, at one point I felt they were being rude on purpose, it was not a busy time of the day, there was only our table and one more and they were shaking their head in disappointment as well, the person that helped us, his Name is Aldo, he should not be in this line of work, he is rude, and does not even show he cares about his job, just a terrible experience.

Veterans day meal. Found music Bingo on tue night. Manager made up for the bad service! And I love music Bingo!! Will go back for that. The drinks are very expensive though

Shoutout Robert , he’s the best server , if you want great service while enjoying some food at Dave n Busters , ask for Robert, you won’t regret it. I PROMISE

Had a great time watching the Warriors whoop the Spurs the other day! Main reason why I wanted to take the time to leave a review is because the manager went above and beyond to make sure we could watch the game. It wasn’t on the big screens so he logged on to his own Amazon just so we could watch our game! Appreciate it very much!! Great food also! They have an updated menu and it’s on point.

It was like going into a Chucky Cheese! I thought Dave & Buster's was for grown ups, this place was full of kids and kid birthday parties. The food took forever, came out ice cold and a few items came out incorrect. When we asked for our sauces, we were charged extra! Salads typically come with dressing, I guess when you ask for it on the side you get charged extra. Also got charged extra (4.00) for the black bean burger and only receive one patty on a double burger. The drinks were mediocre. My Jack Daniel's Cherry something tasted like watered down Jack, it's blended, so that could be why. It was Super Charged (extra shot), not sure that it's worth the money, all though that may have been why I actually tasted something other than the ice. The beers tasted like the lines have not been flushed in awhile. We purchased the Eat and Play, well that was kind of a bust. You get luck to hit a 1000 tickets right away and only get about 30 minutes of play because you max out on tickets (1500 is all that's allowed) so didn't seem like a deal!

Walked out after sitting at bar and bar staff is to busy talking with each other and fixing thier lip gloss to ask if I wanted service. .

This place is horrible, asked for a Modelo at the bar and waited for 20 minutes. Finally asking the bartender if it was still coming, she said she couldn’t because she was concerned about my safety and I was totally sober!! She said come back in 30 minutes after you eat…. I will never come back to this place. This place is a joke…Nina was the bartender, she should not be serving people. Worst service I have ever seen
