Our waiter/waitress messed up our orders due to the loud environment, which is not necessarily that horrible but the person that helped with serving the food was rude and argumentative. We tried explaining to him the order was wrong when he gave us a dish we did not order or shorted us on an order, he just dismissed us and said "it's what's on the ticket" and just walked away. Did not offer a solution or help with correcting the order. Remainder of experience...

Check in had our reservation and table ready for party of 12 which was 6 adults and 6 kids for our son's birthday party. Our server Veronica was great with our group. She was patient and checked in with us multiple times! Kids had a great time going around arcade area and playing games together. The adults did too. Great place to get together with smaller kids. We went at 11 and by the time we left around 3 it got more crowded with older kids and adults.
