I grew up in SoCal and live in the South Bay They took away my last DelTaco in Newark :(( I now have a job where I drive to the outskirts of the bay and found this gem♡ It was like my 12-15yo childhood woke up Delicious, hot, quality Thank you for the memories DelTaco♡♡

I have come here 4 days in a row at 9 PM. Because I work at 10. They're always closed at 9, but there's always cars in the parking lot and people sitting in them. I have arrived at 9:10. The time was nine forty one I have set in this parking lot where my wife n I have sat in our van thirty minutes while it remains black and doors closed business closed.. it says open till 11 on here

Yesterday I ordered my food through the drive-thru. When I got home I realized the cheese sauce was missing from my queso and chips. Today I walked into the restaurant with my bag of chips and receipt, explaining to the employee what happened. I was treated like I was lying or some criminal. The employee had to refer my issue to another employee who might've have been the shift supervisor. I asked for fresh chips and got my cheese sauce, but the employee could have shown some compassion for my inconvenience. Neither she nor the 'supervisor' apologized, nor thanked me for my business.
These employees should be themselves in the customers' shoes!! They're still serving the public, so provide true customer service.
Maybe Del Taco management need to look into providing better treatment towards the customers!

Today I came to this restaurant and I asked the manager cause she helped me because she just rang somebody else up at the counter. I asked her can she help me at the counter? She told me I had to go to the machine to put my order in I said OK but when I try to customize what I want, it wouldn’t let me. I was trying to take the meat off because I don’t eat meat. I was trying to explain that to her, but she told me I had to wait until all the cars are gone in the drive-through. I always come here. This is the first time she has given me an issue. So I just left because she was rude. She couldn’t take two minutes out to just help me thank you Del taco horrible and you know who the manager is working today

The drive through is long in length and takes long in time. The person on the box seems impatient (maybe because its often so busy). The food tasted good but for an establishment who brags about their in house beans their servings of beans is like the size of a half dollar. Few items in order made incorrectly but atill tasted good. They didnt even have sauce this visit but I have been there in the past and they are very stingy when asking for sauce

It was around 9 p.m. and we got into the drive through and couldn't get back out. We ended up waiting over 30 mins in the driveway. It seemed short staffed inside. Only saw 2 people working. The food was good though once we got it. But not sure that it was worth the wait.

This location far surpasses every DT I've patronized, the food is always hot, delicious and exactly as advertised which is rare at most fast food chains. Easy to order through the app but every thing else was a problem. Couldn't check in once we arrived, had to go inside and let them know we were there, order took forever to be finished- about about 25 minutes, we had ordered a burger with lettuce instead of the bun what we got was the worst looking thing I have ever seen. It was not eaten. Very disappointed.
