Haven’t gone in a while, decided to try again. Can tell new management, portions smaller and service was lackluster.walked in and place was dead, easy to see why.

Excellent quality in the food and service of the staff, the place is super cozy and pleasant. Super recommended for the whole family.

I always like ordering the ribs with beans and potato salad. My ribs are always great really some of the best ribs I’ve ever had. I also like ordered the baked potatoe! Very good food here, I don’t understand all the bad reviews I come frequently and never had a bad experience! Very friendly staff and they are very quick with completing orders.

Once again, tried to give Dickies another try. We ordered to loaded baked potatoes with chopped brisket to go and paid for 2 bbq sauces on the side 1.60 extra. Here is what we got meat looks gray and full of gristle. There was no sauce on any of it and one potato there’s a little bit of sour cream and some green onions. because of that experience, I had once before I feel like they were not treating me fairly the owner of who I seem to be the owner was sitting at a table and he walked in carelessly ignoring me. I went to get my drink to get a unsweetened black tea and it smelled like sulfur. most likely the container Has not been cleaned for a while. this is pretty disappointing since the first time my fiancé and I tried this restaurant after just relocating to Fairfield. We really enjoyed it and since then three times an hour, we have been disappointed with more than egregious issues!.
you couldn’t pay me to eat this for dinner for real!

I ordered Saturday night online. I paid for delivery. 45 minutes after the delivery time the restaurant calls me and asked me who was supposed to be picking my order up for delivery. I said how would I know that I think you should know that since I ordered on your site. So I told him to cancel the order and refund my money. He said he had I had to do that online. He did not know how nor did he know how to get my money back. Now I’m dealing with their customer service. I would not be surprised if my money was just lost.

Surprised. I’ve passed this place up numerous times assuming it wasn’t that good b/c bbq is typically not good in fast food places But today I decided to stop and I’m very happy I did. The brisket omg was so tender and juicy and full of flavor and there was more than enough without the sides and I EAT! So whomever cooked the brisket today please continue to cook it that way!
