For fast food it took much longer than expected. We always thought of El Pollo Loco as a healthy alternative, but looking at calorie count it’s no better than a burger and fries.

Food was great but service sucked, Perla had the worst attitude i've ever experienced in customer service and when i asked for a Manager she said there wasn’t any on shift, she didn’t fix the the issue and just walked away.

I haven't been to El Pollo Loco in FOREVER, but recently I decided to make a drive over there and it was a great decision. I ordered a Burrito, the Queso Crunch double chicken bowl, Chips & Queso, Loco Side Salad, and a small Mac N Cheese. It was all DELICIOUS. I'll be back soon to get some of that famous flame grilled chicken. Keep up the good work El Pollo Loco.

Great food chain,but why can’t we dine inside? I drive and work around a lot of cities and in my truck all day and hoping to sit down to eat why can’t they open it so disappointed.

I recently went here at night. I went through the drive thru. When I got home wich is 6 mins away. Chicken bowl was cold the meat was cold and rice was hot. Customer service was great. However because of the food I ended up tossing food I spent 25 dollars for including the drink. I hope they do better at night before closing. All food at any hour should be fresh.
