I stopped by not long after the establishment opened, however the dining area was not clean. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be assisted but there was no one I could see anywhere in the restaurant. After a few more minutes a young lady came up to help me by the name of Angeline and I placed my order. I asked for my salt and pepper wings without the chilies just the onion, and Angeline told me that she would let the cook know. After sitting and waiting for my food in the dining area, I was called up to pick up my order. Unfortunately, my wings were without the garnish completely. I asked could I have it on the side since Angeline informed me only after my food was done that the garnish mixture could not be separated. She told me the garnish could be added to the wings but not placed on the side, which confused me. I don't know why they couldn't just put the garnish in a little container and hand it to me. My food was good but I would have really appreciated the communication about my order, since I was in the dining room the whole time. Communication is important with customer service.

aug. 29, 2025. well havnt been here since it blew up back in 2015(at least from what i remember when i went last time.) the beer counter area is what was. just now tables put on the side of it. they still serve beer, what it looks like not tap beers tho. damn how time flies and atmosphere sucks now. im getting lazier and lazier to get tenders instead of wings. like the bone-ins are just not getting appreciates in some places. so i got the tenders and they were good. not too dry. combo meal was just massive or at least they give you hella fries. overall, i wish i could go back in time where this place opened up coo, and be at the bar counter like it was.

Called in order, My order was ready in approximately 12 minutes. After I receive my order I looked over the chicken. I asked the representative about the chicken. It appeared to look shriveled. She answered all of the chicken was coming out that way, and it may be due to the oil they fry the chicken in,, However, the chicken was old small tiny pieces order dry rub is nothing dry about the seasoning on the chicken very greasy the scan of the chicken stuck to the meat very and chewy. Maybe they felt it’s OK to hand out old chicken because they’re getting ready to close. Maybe! This is not the first time I experienced this from this place I absolutely will notbe back.

One of the employees named Kevin was flirting with my 16 year old daughter this whole establishment is ran by a couple of teenagers who have no respect for anyone except their selves.I had to have them remake my wings over and over because they can’t seem to contemplate simple instructions. I’m by no means not someone who leaves reviews on restaurants but please take my advice and steer away from here.

The girl who took my order was very rude and when she handed it to me she only spoke to me with signs. She picked up my bag and turned to look at me. She never said hello or was friendly.
And the place is really dirty

Chairs are almost always up with nowhere to sit every time i come in. Doordashing from this place is always obnoxious because 50% of the time they cancel the order. The food is good though. Just have to come in person, but don't expect to have anywhere to sit because when the chairs are down its 4 small tables.

Seasoning on the salt and pepper and Malaysian curry are not consistent between staff. Sometimes they’re well seasoned and others you can’t taste a hint of flavoring.

I ordered some wings and it showed ready for pickup. So I drove over to get them and ended up having to wait another 20 minutes for my wings! I'm not upset about the time I'm upset about the fact they said they were ready for pickup. We love the wings they're absolutely delicious especially the lemon pepper.

Fire Wings is a great spot, especially with their Wednesday wing deal—such a good value. The sauces are fantastic, and their buffalo wing flavors are always a win. The fries are great too, but the portions are pretty small for the price, barely filling the paper bowl. I’m always curious about what they do with the leftovers. The chicken can sometimes be a bit dry, so I’d recommend going for the wet rubs over the dry flavors. The bone-in wings are smaller than at other places, so I’d suggest going with the boneless wings—they’re worth it. The upgraded fries are a must-try, but don’t expect to share a single portion with more than one friend. Two downsides though—most of the staff can be kind of rude, which is a bummer, tables can also be a little sticky depending on when you come in. Still, the wings and sauces make it worth the visit.
Vegetarian options: it’s wings…
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are very hard to open but only one door can open. So wheelchair users may not access it unless you got help.

food took over an hour to be made. we only ordered 3 small meals. cash register is standing in the back flirting with coworkers. food was cold and gross. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I felt the need because this was unacceptable. Multiple people got came in and got their food before we got ours. I’m never coming back.

Every time I've gone here, I've enjoyed my visit. Never a big hiccup. But today, February 5, 2015, from 3:00–3:45 p.m., I had to make this known hoping someone can see and maybe prevent this from happening again. We came in because my wife loves the tender fries here. It was slow, and they finally had tenders. We ordered, and the register people were nice and helpful. We got our order, and the fries were just warm. When I explained that normally the cheese at least melts a little, the cheese was cold, and so were the fries it was sitting on. I asked for a remake. They were completely understanding and had it remade. I got it back, and the fries were barely warm, hard, like it was reheated in a microwave (not the crispy, lightly oiled taste). I was going to go up, but they were busy with the school kid rush, and my wife needed to leave because, after asking kids who were piled in next to us to stop vaping three times (it was messing with her asthma), they just thought it was funny. The employees seemed to allow it.
