It's ok took awhile for my order to complete and they messed it up. The fire wing in sacramento on Howe road is the best location out of them all not sure why they can get the flavors and temperature correct at the other locations. UPDATE 3/2024. This place has gotten worse. The flavor of the chicken wing seasoning was not good. The restrooms are broken and they had chicken sitting on the floor and the table were nasty. Will not go back to this location

Beware! This place is a joke. I placed an online order at 2pm for 7pm pickup, got an email at 6:39pm that it was ready, and went to the restaurant for pickup. They decided to close early since it was New Year’s Eve. That’s fine. Just hand me the food that I paid for and was notified is ready. I’m told that they could not fulfill my order even though they had just closed and that I need to talk to a manager for a refund. I call and visit the restaurant multiple times in the following week and between the counter person, the shift supervisor, the general manager, and the owner, they can’t refund me. What?!?I send a message to the corporate office. I get no response.I understand that your business is primarily door dash and online orders, but you should know how to refund a transaction. What bunch of clowns.The restaurant itself is unsightly with boxes of supplies everywhere. The customer service is non-existent. I received not one “sorry for the inconvenience, let’s make this right” from anyone at fire wings. All I wanted was my money back.I hope that you don’t have to deal with the massive amount of ineptitude that I had to.Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. We ended up at Wing Stop that night and the food was great and they handled our order professionally.

We were visiting Fairfield for my son’s basketball tournament so my family ordered takeout. Ordering online and picking up was so easy! We got back to the hotel and tried the wings and was so impressed!!! Everything was so good! Veggies was fresh! Fries were good and hot! Wings were also perfect in size and flavor was ?. It was so good that my partner left to go order more ? but was disappointed that when he got there it was closed. So overall it was great, I would only suggest updating the hours on google that you are open.

Sometimes it's a hit and miss with the wings, but today was so good , everything was cooked well and my order was correct. The cook today deserves a praise.Dietary restrictions: They were able to make my food without any gluten reaction. If you order bone-in /all naked. So I was happy about that.

Ridiculous - 40 min wait and soda machine down, which would be fine if they had told me but instead let me buy it and then only have access to tea or water. Never will I frequent at this location again
The chicken tasted like the smell of an overused dirty sponge. Cost to much for the poor quality. When they originally opened the food was good and flavorful, but nowadays it's either flavorless or taste spoiled.

I love fire wings. The flavors and the food is awesome. But this has to be about the 5th time I ordered online and they shorted me the extra sauces I paid for. Honestly sick of that. It is not that hard to throw the extra ranch we're paying for into the bag. Smfh. Now I have to eat garlic fries and ten wings with one ranch -_______________-They never short you in person, btw, just on DoorDash

The wings taste just right. They were out of celery and just served carrots which is fine. However they don't have beer at this location. The cashier tried to upsell to a paid cup when I asked for sparkling water. The sparkling water is free by the way. Take your time when you order here.
