I judge a place on 5 things: quality, quantity, price, customer service, and consistency.The burger is ok, the service was very good, it's been a year or two since I have been back to Five Guys so it's consistent I know what I haven't been back often. My problem is the sticker shock for what I got. I got a cheese burger and soda and spent almost $20. For a relatively small burger. It tastes good but I have had better and bigger for less.
