We went over the weekend and ordered 5 items, it took 40 minutes! The staff seemed as if this was new to them, like they haven’t worked in the restaurant business ever! Because of the slow service from staff and the incompetent front counter person, orders were messed up. The environment was very hostile! NEVER AGAIN! The food has taken a drastic turn for the worse.

Had the fried rice. Doesn't taste like everyone else's fried rice. They took extra time to go above average. Large portion for two but you won't get out of there without spending 15 on a meal. Good value for what you get!

Great place for authentic Chinese cuisine! They're well known for their cherry pork / chicken, which is a definitely must-try. Their prices and portions are hard to beat. I highly recommend this place if you're out in Fairfield. We'll be coming back for more!

Being unfamiliar with restaurants off highway 80 I chose Frank & Yuen's based on the decent Yelp reviews. I chose the Kung Pao chicken that I often try as a gauge of the quality of a restaurant. I was extremely disappointed and while the meal was very very large, it consisted largely of rice, celery, green peppers, and another unidentifiable vegetable. The chicken was terrible, fatty, and there was little of it. The atmosphere is average at best and the walk to the restaurant showed that the place is filthy and in need of a good cleaning and painting. I gave it two stars which is liberal. I certainly would never go back.

I've been a customer off and on for more then 20yr dinning in & out. The prices are steep for the amount of food you get, not to mention the extra charges if you don't want whats offered as a meal or when you get fried ribs thats soft. Depending on what you get the food is good! Staff friendly most of the time but exspect tips...

BBQ pork fried rice dinner is a great choice for me and is average sized of plate size and the price is border line alittle steep for budget consumer's..Nice little Asian restaurant located around other food busineses in a shopping plaza.
