Soda machine has no carbonation . Wish I would have known before i ordered on a hot day. I don’t need to ask for an adjustment in price when I get the cold shoulder. It’s very upsetting to have places charge more for a drink and then the drink is syrup water without carbonation. Ketchup packets and no dine in ketchup bottle

I don't give reviews, but MAN, this place reset the bar! I had a mushroom Swiss burger and it was fantastic with BOMB crispy onion rings and my husband had a delicious Colorado burger with their bacon cheese fries. 😋 Served SO QUICK, yet cooked to perfection! Great staff, too! The young man that served us looked like he enjoyed working there. We are from Sacramento and were on our way to Sausalito on our 5 year wedding anniversary celebration trip and are so glad we found this place! EXCELLENT!

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was amazing cooked to perfection the french fries or crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We do not live in the area, but will definitely be happy to go out of our way to visit this hamburger restaurant again.

Great burgers, fries, drinks, and milkshakes. Very pleasant and patient servers. They had a highchair for my granddaughter. The bacon cheeseburger was so good. Their fries and onion rings were tasty, too.

I placed an order for pickup. Arrived around 4:45pm. Door was locked, lights were off, yet open sign was on. Poor form allowing online ordering and not be available during normal business hours. Not even a note to communicate if something came up. Was looking forward to trying them based on reviews.

I'm very torn on Freds. I like the food, but they aren't always open when the say they should be and they can't seem to geta plain cheeseburger correct. NO thousand Island, No lettuce, No pickles, No tomato. How freaking hard is that? It seems to be oddly hard for this store to be open during opening hours and the get the food right.

The meals here are a bit on the expensive side, around $15, but honestly, it’s hard to complain once you’ve tasted the food. The sauce is amazing, and if you go for the wild fries, they’re crispy and full of flavor. The veggies—lettuce, onion, and tomato—are always fresh, and the patty is perfectly toasted with no char marks. It’s fat, juicy, and satisfying. My only gripe is the price, which makes it tough to go every day, but it’s definitely worth the occasional splurge. Would recommend!
