We don't come here often, but when we do come here for lunch (past two years), the service and food have been consistently good. Usually we order Honey Walnut Shrimp, Singapore Soft Rice Noodle (with chicken and shrimp), or Mongolian Beef. The restaurant might not look much on the outside, but inside it is quite nice. They do have TVs on the wall with some program or other, but otherwise, it's fine. We're not bothered with it and we tend to look up now and then as we eat. LOL Plenty of free parking. Restaurant is next to Safeway and just across is Costco and Fairfield Cordelia Public Library.

I like to go here once in a while b/c it's in the shopping center where I visit. The food it great, but prices are quite high, too high in my opinion.

The food is always good. Tastes very fresh. Love the chicken salad. I don't think a lot of people order a salad at a Chinese restaurant, but Happy Garden's is excellent. The service is always excellent. I have never had a complaint about it. It very seldom is noisy, and all the condiments and silverware, and plates are clean. I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants, been coming here for years! Fast, great service with good vibes and a family feeling. This time we decided to try new dishes and they definitely didn't disappoint. The salt and pepper crab was really flavorful as was the green bean beef. Can't wait to try even more things next time.

The go to Chinese restaurant my parents take me to when I’m visiting them. The tables are ones you don’t see much anymore. The table and chairs are wood and have inlays. If you grew up in the 80 and 90’s you know what I mean.We will be back!!Dietary restrictions: My Dad is on no protein meat restriction. He was able to order the mixed vegetables combo #22?

This is my favorite chinese restaurant! Which is probably why it's good that I don't live super close. Their Mongolian chicken and crispy chicken are my favorites. The food in general is always pretty good and fresh. Service is good too. We've been coming here for a long time now.

Great food. Great service. Pricey but portion sizes are huge. My kids are picky eaters, here they enjoy the sesame chicken .

Food is always amazing. Been going there for over 15 years. Don't get there as often as we moved to Vacaville. Wish it was closer. Service is always outstanding. Restaurant is small but quaint. They have a nice round table in the back, which is always our choice when available.

Food is ok but the service charge for family of five is rediculous! Need more regulations with these restaurants!

Team Building Dinner Meeting w/ management. Boss is a regular here and why not when the food is super delicious! Crispy Chicken, Egg Rolls, Salt and Pepper Ribs, Hong Kong Style Noodle, S&P Tofu, Egg Plant, Chicken w/ Long Beans- every morsel was enjoyed. Full of flavor and appreciated by my dinner companions. The service is great and I love the Szechuan/cantonese/mandarin theme and taste of the cuisine and vibes. We wont be sleeping on Happy Garden anymore! xiè xie nǐ !!!
