Love the people that work there and for the all you can eat price, it's good. They don't have a ton of options but what they do have is good.

It is a great buffet, a lot of choices, and all very tasty. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is a lot of the dishes were barely warm. I know it's hard to keep food hot in a Buffet.

Most of the food is good for buffet. Love the cups of ice cream. Dinner is OK. Lunch is a better value for what I like to eat. Good service. Drinks included. Crab at dinner is so so. Price keeps going up.

Team Meeting w/ the Managers and twas another productive dinner. Friday's are busy so the hot and fresh food come out the line quickly. We particularly like the Mongolian grill, the new cook is sprite and assist w/ grilling your choice of proteins/veggies/rice or noodle skillfully. What would make it better would be a sauce station w/ herbs and garlic and soy and oils...maybe in the future. All the other Chinese entrees are not bad, standard fare...they had a good mix of seafood and huge Dungeness crab legs. Good service cleaning up the tables and taking away plates.

Very clean. A large selection to choose from and the tastes keep me coming back for more. The staff is very professional and proficient. In fact I'm on my way there now.

Hair found in hibachi. Spoke to manager. He dismissed me and chucked a 20% discount at me like it was nothing. Politely declined. Won’t be back. certainly won’t recommend

I would literally give zero if I could. This place is absolutely disgusting. The food looks fresh, but once you taste it, it is cold on the inside, not cooked all the way, and some of the meat is different colors. I tried telling a worker but they refused to give me a refund. My plates were legit still full. Started feeling sick before I even left. Nice to my car, I sat and drank water . I ended up throwing up .

We had our lunch on Valentine's Day. Because it was a special day they had the dinner menu all day. Surprisedly the cost of the buffet was $3 more than the regular dinner price, $27.99 instead $24.99, and it was announced by a tiny sign on their door. The regular sign with the usual prices in big letters was on display and visible inside restaurant. Staff explained that the price difference was because they added snow crab to the menu. My husband and I are not crab fans and I saw a lot of other people who never had crab on their plates. This is not our first time eating at Hibachi Buffet and it seemed that they always crabs for dinner. I saw them every time we were there. So disappointed...Not because of the price. $3 isn't a deal breaker. It feels like they were being sneaky about it and the signage was horrible. Why didn't they have a sign at the register, too? When I asked about it they actually sent me to the front door to read it for myself. Is this good service?

Overall experience is 3 stars across the board for quality of food, cleanliness, and the price.

Horrific. The only palatable item in the place is the green tea because they don't make it. The iced tea dispenser was open at the top for anything to fly into. The place is surprisingly clean but that's where it ends (the bathrooms were kind of gross and there are signs asking not to put toilet paper in the toilet but to use an open waste basket!). The opportunity for cross contamination and the spread of bacteria is off the charts. Unwrapped straws in a box for anyone to contact with unwashed hands, stacks of self service plates and utensils. The iced tea tap was open with no lid so anything could land in there. Not sure why it's called a hibachi, there's nothing grilled or Japanese about it. The cashier was pleasant so 1 star.
