I have to be honest in this review, the food is never picture worthy and it taste even worse. I’ve only been here, maybe five times in the last 17 years but every time I’ve gone, the food hasn’t been any good. The portions are big but, who wants a lot of underwhelming food? The potatoes are always either burnt or undercooked… Everything looks like shades of brown or gray on your plate… And it’s just Not deserving of the amount of review stars it has. If you’re looking for breakfast, you’ll find it here at Huckleberries, if you’re looking for a good breakfast look elsewhere.

Probably one of the best places we've eaten so far on our week long trip.

Hucks is pretty good diner food, always clean, friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

Loved the ambience and decor. Such a bayou feel. Food was delicious. Got the flapjacks (pancakes) and California Benedict. Also the iced caramel macchiato. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely come here again for brunch.

First time trying this location. We were seated right away. Food was really good. The server and atmosphere were decent. Would probably go back if in the area.

Think Denny's with fried green tomatoes. Diner style with perfectly adequate food with a southern twist. Very popular with local families, and the service is friendly and exceptional.

Took a detour on our way to Sacramento and kept seeing this spot in our Google searches. Due to the high ratings, we had higher expectations. Food is mediocre and pretty high prices for what it was. Dennys quality food.

Go for the fried green tomatoes and enjoy whatever else while you're at it. The decor adds a fun atmosphere. I enjoy making time to stop here when I'm traveling in an area with a Huckleberry's nearby.
