Not too long of a wait though there is always a line. We hit it when it wasn't too packed. All tables filled but opening by the time we were ready to eat. The staff immediately rushed to hold the door open for my mother who uses a walker and was entering. The staff are friendly and I like being able to order with special requests (e.g., the Secret Menu) which allows me to enjoy a guilt-free burger wrapped in lettuce without a bun. They know how to crank the orders out pretty quickly.

Food was tasteful was cold by time we got it. We went in the drive thru. From pay window to pick up window is not far but the burger was cold and so where the fries.

Very disappointed services, no humanity here!!! My son came here with his key clubs for dinner, before he left, I bought him a gift card, and turned out the card didn't work, so he called me to pay for him over the phone, they said they won't take the card over the phone, so I jave no way to pay for him. My son end up going home with an empty stomach, this place show more of the $$$$ than humanity. Ps if I was a manager on Duty, I would not let this happen to my customer!!!

45 minutes in a drive thru is insane. Been in plenty of busy in in out drive thrus and it makes no sense. You make literally 3 menu items figure it out.
I no longer see the hype in In-N-Out Burgers. The meat Patty is so thin. It's thinner than a pencil. You're almost eating a vegetarian burger with the lettuce and tomatoes and pickles. I guess the thing to do would be to order a double-double without the center bun so that you can at least get a decent amount of hamburger.
